I visited the salon yesterday for a full new set and gel colour due to lack in communication (girl didn’t understand what I asked for) she did them so long and such a strange shape. Please don’t go here. Every time I go back I hope my nails will be better - but alas no. Had SNS today. They are lumpy, colour is not even to cuticle and top coat is peeling off already and they have been on for an hour. Now off to Boots to but some files and nail varnish to rescue them. £30 wasted. Adam did an amazing job on my nails!! He was fast but efficient, he made sure all my nails were even and smooth and made sure I liked them before I left. I am so happy with them!! I had a gel fill and gel color . I had them done somewhere else before here and I was very unhappy and really never liked my nails, so.happy I went to Lee nails because now I love my nails!! Had my nails done on Tuesday and wasn't the best but everyone makes mistakes, gone back in today to have them redone and felt completely welcome, they had no problem redoing them, now they look amazing and I even tipped the guy that done them. been going here for a long time and would highly recommend it to any one! Fabulous nail & beauty bar, it’s the extra little things that make this place unique, severed with a delicious hot drink of hot chocolate as I waited, the beautician is very knowledgeable, she worked in Debenhams for many years doing threading, I was easily convinced to try her out & had my eyebrows threaded & tinted, I am delighted with them so thank you! The lady’s & gents here are very friendly & I even had a shoulder massage whilst having my nails done by Harry today, I am really pleased & I will definitely be coming back here regularly, I look forward to trying out the facials & pedicure you also offer! 5* Read Less

been a loyal customer for about 5 years had an appointment booked today for 12.45 on my lunch break travelled all the way from Olney and payed parking to be sat there for half an hour waiting still not spoken to by anyone. got to the point were I actually got very angry and explained to them I have to go back to work. maybe don't take bookings if you cannot stick to the times and just keep your salon as a walk in not impressed at all. also no apology by anyone Read Less

Avoid Had my nails done here twice, first time was lovely, great choice of colours and was even given coffee. Most recent visit was a shambles. Originally phoned asking for an infil at £23 pounds then phoned earlier in the day to change to new set and take off at £35. My nails were rushed, they're not straight and not even done well, then to be told £40 for a poor job, when I questioned this the woman at the till was extremely rude and kept making new pricing and rules up. ... I would give 1 star if my previous experiences hadn't been great but the last time I was here the service was terrifying. I took my Mother to show her the place I was always bragging about, and immediately regretted it. I set an appointment for 11:00 AM( mani and pedi) and didn't leave until 2:30 PM. My appointment was on a Tuesday and the shop wasn't busy at all. You would think after being in the shop 3.5 hours my nails would be dry but of course, that wasn't the case! I was sent off with a wet base and a dry gel top coat. $56.00 later (after she already told me my total was $35.00 and asked for a tip), I STILL had to go back the next day because my nails were still wet and smudged (along with my toenails, that were smudged on both big toes.) They did take care of me and I didn't have to pay for the fixes, BUT the following day another nail broke straight off. My Mother also complained of her top coat bubbling and chipping 2 days after our appointments. Unfortunately, I've since then terminated my relationship with Lee Nails. Read Less

My two friends and I walked in for pedicures on Saturday morning on a whim and had an incredible experience. All three of is left saying that it was the best pedicure we'd ever had. They were friendly, clean, and super attentive. They took their time and gave us all incredible care. The only downfall is, it's a day later and some of the polish is chipping, but the massages were so good... I'm not even mad! Read Less

The place had crapy print outs all over the wall. It's nice they offer customers to keep their own set of tools there. Didn't look so clean inside and what's up with them charging to trim your nails when you get a fill and they charge for a top coat of gell like I Don't need the second coat before you paint save it for the end.Read Less

Went here today for an acrylic fill. I won't go back ever again.. not because the woman did a bad job or was rude.. but because they actually charged Me an extra 3 dollars on top of the fill price to cut down my nails..
