They obliterated my eyebrows. Prior to the awful mess, my eyebrows were full and had a nice shape due due to my careful plucking and allowing it to grow out. The blue picture is the aftermath of letting their careless hands touch my eyebrows without thought nor consideration. I told the woman specifically that I did not want them thin and that I just wanted a clean up. What she did was quickly thread off my eyebrows. She was going so fast and so rough that the thread snapped. The lady, without apology, grabbed more thread and started going over my eyebrows over and over at the same spot, thinning them out with every rip. After, she pushed down some hairs from above my eyebrow to cover all the mistakes she made. I brushed them up only to find nothing because she took them all off. She took off a ton of the hairs at the beginning of my eyebrows too! Never go to this place. My other two friends wanted to test their luck and met the same ending: pencil thin eyebrows. I'm nearly certain that their policy is to remove every single hair that is not dark and to continue thinning the eyebrows until they are both arched and paper thin (despite their customers' request).
