Wow! Drove half an hr to get my eyebrows done here and it was definitely worth it. It was an amazing experience, it felt very luxurious and my brows have never looked this amazing. The salon/shop is so chic, well organized and has a lovely scent. I wanted to buy everything! They're very welcoming here and Lorna was so easy to talk to once I opened up. I decided to try out Jennie Fresa in preparation for my engagement pictures. I made an appointment with Adi for a brow wax/tweeze ($25) and long wear makeup application ($65) on a Saturday afternoon.For the brows she recommended sticking with just tweezing and skipping the wax in order to avoid any issues with redness. Made sense to me so I agreed. Looking back, I should've scheduled the brows the day before the makeup application.I was a bit disappointed I ended up paying full price for the brows even though I just got a tweeze because I really wanted the results you get from a wax, especially between my brows, but she did a great job giving them shape so I was pleased with how they turned out.For the makeup application I brought in a Pinterest picture of more or less what I wanted. I didn't take a look until the end and was happy with the results. The eye makeup turned out a little bold for my taste so I toned it down a bit at home afterwards and got exactly the look I wanted.Overall I would recommend Jennie Fresa. The staff was very friendly and the other customers there when I visited seemed to be enjoying their experience. They offer college student discounts and have a loyalty program too so definitely take advantage of those! Read Less

I love the staff and all the services they offer.  I get my brows done regularly by Lorna, she has a great eye for shape and after a few sessions my brows grew back lush and perfectly polished.  The best part is the mini forehead massage at the end.  All her product recommendations have been great.  I also had my bridal makeup done by Corey for myself, 4 bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law, great experience and my makeup lasted all night through 100% humidity and lots of dancing.  Completely recommend Jennie Fresa for any beauty need and can't wait to see the beautiful new store! What a wonderful experience that was!! You walk in, it's cool and comfortable, with delicious mint infused water offered to you, (sounds pretentious but that couldn't be farther from the truth). Lyndsay is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. My eyebrow artist, as I like to call her, Lorna was great. She took her time and explained what she was doing and gave me some helpful tips when I color in on my own. It was worth the 20 minute drive. Highly recommend!! I'll be back. Read Less

The first time I went to Jennie Fresa, she did a decent enough job on my brows. They were a bit too boxy looking, but overall even and clean. I returned several weeks later to get them done again after letting them grow back without plucking. She completely botched them the second time, making one considerably more angled and defined, and the other much thinner and rounded out. The reason I did not notice it immediately it due to the fact that directly after waxing (before you can see the results), she applies brow powder which covers up any mistakes she may have made. When I washed the powder away I saw how uneven they were, and even friends and family have noticed. I have had to pencil my brows in every day since (until they grow back). I would not recommend this service, especially since it cost about $25 before tax. Otherwise she is very pleasant, and though I have not tried her cosmetics they appear to be very high quality. The shop is charming. The products are displayed beautifully. I couldn't believe what a great job Jennie did on my eyebrows. I barely have any, but she was able to shape them nicely.I also tried the brow tint and what a difference it made. I have eyebrows again!
