Ok this I'd not the same Diva Nails and Spa I used to go to. Been away for 2 years, made a appointment to have nails done, they seem to be using Diva s name but that's not what's on the store. The place looked dirty a d very messy the person do I g my nails complained about how much time it was taking to remove my polish. His hands didn't appear to be to clean. Diva Nails were WONDERFULL, this place is not. I had to put one star order to post this. They get no star from me.

This place should have a 5 star rating all around! I’ve been coming to this place since they first open years ago and when Anna owned this place! I’ve never been disappointed, ever. The staff is great and everyone is very talented here! Best place in the Norwich Lisbon area, hands down. Ask for Christine!!

Decor is nice and the atmosphere is great. The staff there are super friendly and are happy chatting with you. Wait time is not too bad and I got my nails done here and they didn't come off for almost 3 weeks before it started chipping. They are also really good at designs. I loved my time here.

I have been going here for over 2 years. Never had an issue until I got my nails done by someone different there. Shes done my nails 2 times and both times I have had nails fall off within 1 week. Paying 45 every week is bull.

They do great with designs, so if you are looking for a place to get designs go here. Very friendly, and clean. I will be going here agian!

My experience at Diva Nails was so relaxing and fun. I went in to get nails done for my daughter's wedding, and ended up with toes done too! Amy was so nice and very professional. I loved the decor of this place too, very soothing. I will definitely go again.

Love this place! The receptionist Nikki is extremely sweet and very helpful. I've gone there 3 times already once with an appointment and two walk ins. They sat me down right away. I now take my 11 year old daughter with me so she can get a manicure and they treated her so nice she could not stop smiling. A+ I've had Sonny and Tina. Tina is the one I like best just because I prefer a female tech. Tina is a sweet nail technician also very good at what she does. She makes sure her job comes out flawless. I'm so happy with the job she did in the past but today's visit just convinced me that she's the one I would go to from now on. I've seen the way the other ladies work as well and I have to say I'm impressed. I recommend making an appointment although they seat you almost immediately but if you want them to take their time and pamper you the way they want to make the appointment. A++ Here are some pics of my almond nails. My very first time venturing into a different style other than square and I am absolutely loving them! She did an awesome job!! Thanks Nikki and Tina you guys rock!

I got my nails done on the 24th! My nails are solar pink and white gels the woman who did them put regular pink gel over the whole nail and hen did a gel nail polish for me. My nails are falling off and the Polish is coming off also. I don't really do much to make this happen. I live 6 hours away from here and won't be back for a while!

They are horrible. Everyone I know-myself included-has had terrible experiences there. They push gel nails because they cost way more. I went for an acrylic fill and I received a gel set! They applied it without saying a word. Even after I said no I wanted acrylic. They charged me 50 bucks for it. He cut my fingers 4 times in the sitting. I was bleeding! Too much gel was applied and the heat spike was so intense I thought my nails would fall off. My friends all have a similar story. Don't ever go there!

DIVA has state of the art equipment installed to keep things sterilized and everything is new. The staff is professional, friendly, and actually speaks English well enough to be understood clearly! The owners are very personable and I really enjoy going there to have manicures and pedicures (their pedicures are to die for!) They have a loyal client in me!

Decor is nice and the atmosphere is great. The staff there are super friendly and are happy chatting with you. Wait time is not too bad and I got my nails done here and they didn't come off for almost 3 weeks before it started chipping. They are also really good at designs. I loved my time here.

Love this place! The receptionist Nikki is extremely sweet and very helpful. I've gone there 3 times already once with an appointment and two walk ins. They sat me down right away. I got my nails done on the 24th! My nails are solar pink and white gels the woman who did them put regular pink gel over the whole nail and hen did a gel nail polish for me. My nails are falling off and the Polish is coming off also. I don't really do much to make this happen. I live 6 hours away from here and won't be back for a while!

DIVA has state of the art equipment installed to keep things sterilized and everything is new. The staff is professional, friendly, and actually speaks English well enough to be understood clearly!
