This Ulta doesn't even deserve one star. The staff are continually rude and incompetent. I've been given false information, and I have been treated terribly every time I go to this store. Today I was overcharged $27 dollars by the manager herself, and when I questioned this she refused to be of any help and treated me like I was an absolute idiot. Do I even still work at Ulta? I'm appalled by the fact that I have received no communication as to what's even going on. I literally have been gone for almost 2 months now because of no hours. Mind you I never said I 'quit' or even handed in a paper stating that I was. Nor was I fired. How do you hire a bunch of people to open your store and then act like they aren't your employees?
