I'm a little torn with how to rate this, because the workers there were very friendly. There was a little bit of a communication barrier, but they were eager to please and their rates were very affordable. The finished product immediately after was lovely. That being said, I can't rate on solely the staff; I have to rate the quality of the service and my overall experience as well.In the past, I have gone to the mall for my manicure/pedicure just because it's right there when I shop. That mani/pedi lasted months, I kid you not. Not in perfect shape, but the polish still looked decent for about 8-10 weeks after. It was a little more expensive than Rainbow Nails, but I guess you get what you pay for, because within 24 hours of visiting Rainbow Nails, two of my fingernails started to chip. For that quality, I could have done it at home. I was disappointed, but as it was only $12, I'm not complaining too much. My spa pedicure was a bigger disappointment, as it costed $50 (even though their brochure advertised it as $45). It was some parts pleasant, some parts painful. I ended up with several blisters on one foot, which I've never had happen from a spa pedicure before. At some points, the leg massage was just too rough - instead of feeling relaxed, I just wanted it to be over. It felt like my legs were just being scraped raw. The hot stone massage on my legs and the wrap was much nicer than the hand massage with lotion. So far, the pedicure hasn't chipped at all.I'm a bit torn as to if I will return. The affordability and friendliness of the staff work in their favor, but I definitely would not get a spa treatment there again. If I do go back, it will be for a basic mani or pedi without the extras. A lot will depend on how long this mani/pedi lasts - I'd rather go back to the mall where I know it will last awhile rather than pay a cheaper price and get a shoddier quality. Read Less
