WORST PLACE EVER - if I could write a review giving 0 points I would. And this is coming from a person that never wrote a review before, especially not a negative one.I went to this spot with long acrylic nails asking for an acrylic filling. I showed a picture to the lady of how I wanted my nails - long and thin (see before after picture). She started off cutting my nails way too short - thinking she would know what she does, I let her continue. All of a sudden another lady came into play and took over to reshape my nails. The first nail she showed me turned out ok but when i saw what she did to my other nails afterwards I couldn't believe my eyes. Short, chunky, skewed and different lengths for each nail! Then the First Lady took over again. Trying to be nice and polite, I told her that this is not what I was asking for, referring to the picture that I showed her and the other lady in the very beginning. Instead of showing insight and making an effort to fix the situation, she reacted totally defensive, tried to blame me and picked up an argument with me. Having enough of the situation I told her to finish up and that I wanted to leave. Here comes the most ridiculous part - she made me pay for it! Annoyed to the max, I paid the FULL price and went out (probably my fault but I just wanted to get out of this place). I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years now...I have never experienced anything like that before. I really wanted to write a good review about this place because I had a good experience and the atmosphere was very relaxing. But I paid $42 for a gel manicure with tips and not even 48 hours later, 4 nails snapped off. Extremely disappointed because I'm going on vacation in 3 days and I'll have to spend a lot of money elsewhere to fix my nails. Read Less

Really like this salon. It's quiet and located in a place where It's not too busy or filled to capacity with people. Usual wait for myself is about 15 mins or less unless I go on a weekend... I appreciate that they take their time and do my nails, hardly ever feel rushed and usually spend an hour there for a gel mani and pedicure compared to other salons where it's wham bam good bye. I got a manicure here and I should have known something was wrong when I saw a tissue with blood spots on it at the manicure station. The technician cut my nails with a rusted pair of nail clippers and proceeded to cut my cuticles so close that two of my cuticles started bleeding. One of my fingers is now swollen. My nails don't look nice and my pinky is inflamed. I will not be returning. Read Less
