I've been here 4 times. 3 out of the 4 times I've made an appointment and was seen 20-20 minutes after my appointment time. I told the man I now did not have time for a full manicure and just wanted a polish change. His response was a grunt. He finished my manicure leaving bubbles on 3 of my fingernails. Came here for a spa pedicure. Chairs were big, clean, and comfortable. The pedicure itself was also great- I chose the green tea spa pedicure which indluced a 10 min back massage and foot reflexology. In the last 2 years, this has been my go to salon every time I visit my parents in Greenwich.  Just this past year, it seems like they have changed ownership and under the new management, customer service has really improved and they have made some changes for a better experience.  For example, the pedi tubs have disposable liners and the filers are all one time use.  The place is extremely clean and the people are always friendly. Sometimes, I am indecisive on the colors and they would help with suggestions.  They offer a large varieties of services and I could never get away without at least a 10 mins shoulder massage.  If you don't have an appointment, the wait is never long and they even offer you small bottles of water while you wait!  Overall, I am glad for the new management and happy to have this close to my parent's place. Worst place ever!!!! Everybody in such bad mood! I made an appointment for mani gel and pedi. They don't have matching colors for the gel if u want regular polish on your toes. And they get mad at you!!! I decided French bcs was last and only option! Terrible experience! Expensive and very bad results! Read Less

I passed this place a million times on my fiancé's way to work and finally came here for a mani/pedi. I must say I was really happy with my service and will be back again. My mani lasted for about a week and didn't chip until day 4, even though my hands are constantly in contact with water. Today was my second time at Muse.  I think that it's a nice place, but the prices are just a smidge too high for it being a slightly above average nail salon.  I guess they can charge that because they're in Greenwich.The nail salon area is very tidy & clean. The nail polish colors are very neatly organized by color. When you walk in, they give you a basket for your goodies to go in (purse, reading material, water bottle, etc.) & then carry it to your chair for you. Magazines are laid out on a counter. Several tv's from every viewing angle have closed captioning so you know what they're saying. The specialty pedicure treatments are all in their own labeled baskets that the technician brings to your chair. Today there were 2 women getting pedis who were wearing skirts & the ladies made a point of giving them a towel to put over their laps for privacy. My husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas so I went today to use part of it. I will go back again & maybe try a mani to see how that is. Read Less
