Tiffany was absolutely incredible, used my favorite Oribe products, and gave me the exact style I wanted. Finding Pina at the Dream Spa was a tremendous turn of good fortune for me! I have never met such a knowledgeable and dedicated pedicurist. After only two pedicures my feet and toes are transformed. She gives relaxing massages and a lovely exfoliant scrub, but what's most important to me is how awesome she has made my toenails look again. Standards of cleanliness at this spa are the absolute highest. I will be returning to Pina at Dream Spa and Salon regularly now to maintain healthy, beautiful feet. I love going to Dream Spa! As I exit the elevator and turn the corner, I see gorgeous Sandra & at that moment, I realize that all of my day's baggage was left in the elevator. I don't understand these negative reviews. Okay the parking isn't great but it's right on the main strip in Greenwich, so there is roadside parking and Parkin g lots with meters. If that's the worst thing I can say about this salon well than okay! I had a HORRIBLE eyebrow experience elsewhere  and let me tell you, Stephanie is amazing and all my horrible experiences elsewhere have lead me to her.  Although she cost more than what you would normally pay for eyebrows, she's worth it. I'm never worried about getting uneven eyebrows or eyebrows that are too thin. She's so honest, helpful and sweet.I got a manicure by Paula and I will ways be going to her. She was so funny and nice. I beat my hands up everyday (work, Crossfit & Olympic weight lifting) and my regular manicure lasted almost two weeks.I would absolutely recommend this spa and salon. First of all, I don't get the negative reviews. I truly don't.As far as the pricing, I find it to be very fair compared to other salons of the same caliber (same I was paying on Newbury St. in Boston and less than I paid at a salon in Wilton, CT). You get what you pay for. I am admittedly a picky, snobby b*tch when it comes to my grooming services.  To the point that I was driving back to Boston from Greenwich for 10 months before FINALLY deciding it was time to be realistic and fully acclimate. The front desk staff are so incredibly sweet and accommodating.  Lea is the only person that has ever done my hair that is equally as talented with scissors as she is with color (I've always gone to two separate stylists for cut/color prior to Dream).  Balayage, covering the grays, getting you in and out in lighting speed, giving you the EXACT color you want when no one else could...that's Lea.  Her assistant gives a killer blowout too.  And then there's Stephanie.  She's stunning. You secretly want to look just like her but you'll have to settle for just getting brows like hers (le sigh). This is not a $10 brow wax in the back of a seedy nail salon, folks (and P.S. what the hell are you thinking anyway?!).  This is you getting stopped 3 times on Greenwich Ave on the walk back to your car only to be told by complete strangers you have the most amazing brows they've ever seen (true story). Just all right. Westport location is MUCH better for the following reasons:-parking-changing rooms and showers are more private -my massage was actually much better - they have a Private steam showers to use after massage. I booked a Swedish massage and when I booked it I asked if they had a steam shower that I can use at the end. and she said "yes, you can use it before or after" the steam shower is part of the experience after a great massage and why I am okay paying a bit more for a massage. Now, I don't usually have time to get a massage as often as I'd like so, so when I get it, it better be AMAZING! After I finished my massage, I asked for the steam shower and they took me to this "light therapy with aromatherapy" thing that was in the shower. I never smelled any of the aromatherapy or had much heat, so I was over it quickly. When I spoke to the ladies at the front desk, she denied quickly that she said that they did have the steam/sauna when I made my appointment and then took my card and said thank you. The $130, def not worth it, may or may not go back to Westport if they have the same"attention" to their customers to rectify their mistakes. Read Less

I had visited their Westport location and I liked that location, Greenwich was not a disappointment. I actually had to cancel 5 min before my appointment since one of kids got sick and fully expected to have to pay a fee but they were so nice about it. I had Dahlia for a massage and facial and she was wonderful. I am very particular about massages and it was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. I did a glycolic facial which she did half way through the massage and then finished the massage so I didnt have the pillow face and the extractions weren't the last thing we did. It was my first time in the Greenwich location of Dream spa. Went for a mani/pedi. I'm new to the area and am looking for someone who does a great mani/pedi. Well this place does not offer that. The girl was very nice however she wasn't even holding the nail file right. She seemed like she was very new in the business - from what I gathered, she was very inexperienced.  I had to re-file my nails when I got home. Place was clean I must mention that. Read Less

I bought a spray tan through groupon for this salon. The staff were friendly, made you feel comfortable. The tanning process itself was very thorough, with buffing and powder included so it didn't look streaky. I waited 24 hrs to shower after even though they say you can after 8 hours. Everything washed off in the shower so it was only worth it for that one day. Wouldn't buy it again Read Less

I originally received a free eyebrow treatment as a promotion to drive business on the avenue, and I was pleased. So I checked their website and saw they charged $35 for an eyebrow wax, so I booked another one for the holidays, which I was pleased with as well, especially since she agreed to tint my eyebrows for free...here where it all goes sour. Im in retail and holidays make it almost impossible to have any down time, which is why I was pleased to have my appt after work, well the eyebrow lady wasn't feeling well so they called me and asked of I could change it from 5:15 to 12:45, so I did understanding that people get sick. But When I go to pay they tell me it's $53 for this particular girl for "eyebrow upkeep". When I expressed my confusion the staff had absolutely no understanding, even though they "know" their website is confusing. Again with no compassion or understanding. So I pay this $53 unhappily and when I got a chance checked their website again and they have like 4 or 5 diff choices for eyebrows, ranging from $25 to $50....not once specifying that they have more than one eyebrow lady, and every time I see this particular lady for this particular service it's $50...they would have gotten repeat business from me of they had honored the price I saw online... I took a well deserved day off to get pampered and explore the cute town of Greenwich. The spa location was great, beside fab shopping and restaurants. My pampering included the Aroma facial followed by a Deep Tissue Massage, both really excellent ! My esthetician really understood my skin which is very sensitive, this is BIG in my book as I left feeling and looking great (I've had experiences at other places where I have had to go into hiding post facial). I had high hopes for Dream and was excited for my visit. I had a Groupon for a 75 min facial or a 60 min massage, and I decided to use it for a facial. My esthetician was good, which was about the only saver of my experience. Overall, I was in the facial room for about 50 minutes. When my treatment was over, I was confused because I knew that it was a 75 min facial. I asked the front desk, and was told that facials are 60 mins, but are booked for 75 mins. If a client "needs more time" then they get the extra 15 mins. I guess I wasn't deserving of the extra time, I am not sure how they determine who gets a 75 min treatment, and who gets a 60 min treatment. Furthermore, there was no apology for any miscommunication. I was glad I had a Groupon and didn't pay full price, it was hardly worth it. Read Less

Poor customer service.  I purchased the groupon package which was massage, back scrub and mini facial.  After telling me about their 24 hour cancellation policy they cancelled on me less than 45 min before my appt.  I completely understand people get sick, but  they could have called me earlier in the day.  I was literally walking out the door when they called me.  Luckily, I was free to go to the appt they offered me later in the day. That alone was not really a big deal. I will say the massage was very, very good as well as the back scrub.  The mini facial was nothing more than just applying moisturizer all over my face.  The thing that really upset me was after my session was over I changed my clothes and then checked the time.  50 min had passed since the start of my appt and I was supposed to get 75 min!   I told the girl up front and all she did was give me a $25 gift card to use on a purchase of $100 next time! Why would I go back and spend more money when I didn't get my moneys worth the first time? The girl that did my massage was really nice and really good, but with all the competition out there they should offer better customer service.  I"ll go somewhere else next time for spa services.
