My esthetician Luisa, was horribly unprofessional. Unfortunately this was my first experience at a Benefit Brow Bar, and I was very disappointed. My friend and I were walk-ins, and the woman finally helped me and slopped the tint on me haphazardly and then disappeared for five minutes. She came back and wiped it off and then went outside with a few of the other ladies who worked there, maybe for a smoke break, maybe for food, I'm not sure. My friend, who was never asked if she wanted a service, had to ask the other, MUCH more professional esthetician Jessica if she could be helped when she was done with her current customer. She said she would gladly take care of her, and after finishing with her first client, proceeded to do a BEAUTIFUL and time-consuming job threading and tinting my friend's brows. I was so embarrassed that Luisa, the woman who had helped me, had done such a poor job, and I kept staring at the mirror next to the stool I was sitting in while waiting on my friend. Then I noticed that there was a huge tinted blob above where my brow should be and I mustered up the courage to ask my friend's esthetician if she could try and get the sloppy tint off. She gladly worked on it for free and while my brows were still hardly tinted, shaped, or anywhere near the quality of the $20 I had paid with tip, she managed to removed the blob. I am so disappointed and I was so excited to become a fan of the Brow Bar!

Great place!! I love coming in here. I use Susan and Lauren for my spray tans & they do an impeccable job. Always great service! Would highly recommend.

This was my first time going to Benefit and I was not disappointed! I was helped by Lauren, who threaded my brows and fixed them up wonderfully. She even gave me advice on how to grow them out; she then went a step further by filling them out and showing me how great they look with a little touch up of make-up! I was really interested in some of the make-up products, and she was extremely helpful, giving me a little make-over to properly showcase how the products work and which would be best for me. I ended up buying a few things, and will definitely be back next month - for a brow thread and new make-up!! Thanks for the wonderful experience, ladies.

I've had threading done before and this seems pricey for the result. Its all open and there is no privacy and the threading was done with me sitting up with some not so great lighting. I don't really think the beautician can get a good result this way, other places ive been to have the customer lying almost flat with better lighting, it allows better maneuvering and more precise shaping.

Love visiting my local Benefit! Jessica is such a delight and always knows how to shape my brows when i come in. Not to mention, creates the perfect color for my brow tint too. When its time to leave Jess's chair, I sit down at the beauty bar and Corrie gives me my dream brows from a pencil. Her eye for color and placement is incredible. If you ever need your makeup done for a special event, GO SEE CORRIE!!!!! Benefit Greenwich takes time to make sure your brows are meant for your shape and doesn't give you the same cookie cutter look like other salons. I cant go any where else!

Customer service was absolutely amazing however my brow tint has me a little sad. I'm a red head therefore my eyebrows are transparent. I thought brow tinting would be perfect for me. The lighting inside is very deceiving therefore when she asked if I wanted to go darker I said yeah because they didn't look like they changed much color. When I got into the natural light they were waaaaaaay to brown for my red hair and fair skin. When I arrived home I put on my normal brow pencil and it helped oddly enough. So I would suggest going here but just remember the lighting is bad inside.

I had a pretty disappointing experience on many levels.
1) The place was pretty dirty, especially the floors.
2) They tried to charge more than what was on the website, claiming that the first visit is more and then they incent people to come back by charging less on subsequent visits.
3) The esthetician left wax on me, and it took minutes for me to get it off.
Would most certainly not recommend coming here. I will not be back.

Love that I can make an appointment online, at any time of day or night. No surprises; pricing is listed on the website under services. Lauren tinted my lashes, brows and then threaded my brows. She did a great job. It was my first time with tinting, and she calmly explained everything so no problems occurred (i.e. I didn't freak out and open my eyes). I arrived a bit early and all the employees were really nice and friendly and competent. I parked at the meters on the street; don't know if there is any better parking. So good that I made another appointment for next month.

My esthetician Luisa, was horribly unprofessional. Unfortunately this was my first experience at a Benefit Brow Bar, and I was very disappointed. My friend and I were walk-ins, and the woman finally helped me and slopped the tint on me haphazardly and then disappeared for five minutes. This was my first time going to Benefit and I was not disappointed! I was helped by Lauren, who threaded my brows and fixed them up wonderfully. She even gave me advice on how to grow them out; she then went a step further by filling them out and showing me how great they look with a little touch up of make-up! I've had threading done before and this seems pricey for the result. Its all open and there is no privacy and the threading was done with me sitting up with some not so great lighting. I don't really think the beautician can get a good result this way, other places ive been to have the customer lying almost flat with better lighting, it allows better maneuvering and more precise shaping.

Customer service was absolutely amazing however my brow tint has me a little sad. I'm a red head therefore my eyebrows are transparent. I thought brow tinting would be perfect for me. The lighting inside is very deceiving therefore when she asked if I wanted to go darker I said yeah because they didn't look like they changed much color. Love that I can make an appointment online, at any time of day or night. No surprises; pricing is listed on the website under services. Lauren tinted my lashes, brows and then threaded my brows. She did a great job. It was my first time with tinting, and she calmly explained everything so no problems occurred (i.e. I didn't freak out and open my eyes). I arrived a bit early and all the employees were really nice and friendly and competent. I parked at the meters on the street; don't know if there is any better parking. So good that I made another appointment for next month.
