They are thieves! Took my ring off and after I washed my hands, they seated me at another station, making me forget my ring. When I went back for it, they denied having it. Ann told me that I put it in my pocket but I wasn't wearing pants with pockets!!!! Not only that, I tipped her very generously. They make me sick. I'm calling the health department and the police. Also, it wouldn't hurt to make sure they are all legal!!! I want my ring back. Liars and thieves! Do not trust these people. Do not give them your business.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR GEL /SHELLAC. I had a horrible experience in which the lady was rude, and did the shellac super thick and sloppy. I then went back about an hour later, complained, and she attempted to fix it (after she spoke to me in a very rude manor). I felt so awkward and angry because afterwards it looked even worse. They are so unprofessional and sloppy here. They rush through everything and were so rough with my nails. If you're looking for a well-done shellac job, go to Ceci's. They were $5 more expensive than O.P. (O.P shellac is 25, Ceci's is $30.) At Ceci's you get a back massage and your hands wrapped in hot wax. The shellac job is thin and neat and you can't even tell it's not regular nail polish. Don't waste your money or time at this place.

Eh, don't waste your money. I had time to kill and walked in for a pedicure. The woman at the front desk was rude and abrasive (both in person and with my toes). Pedicure itself was only okay, if not a bit sloppy. While gloves were used I really question the cleanliness of the place, especially the tools. I usually go to Kim's Nails (they are amazing there) on New London Tpke in So. Glastonbury. I won't be making the mistake of going elsewhere again, I'd much rather drive out of my way to Kim's.

They are thieves! Took my ring off and after I washed my hands, they seated me at another station, making me forget my ring. When I went back for it, they denied having it. Eh, don't waste your money. I had time to kill and walked in for a pedicure. The woman at the front desk was rude and abrasive (both in person and with my toes). Pedicure itself was only okay, if not a bit sloppy. While gloves were used I really question the cleanliness of the place, especially the tools.
