YES! A nail salon that ACTUALLY massages you for a relaxing amount of time while you're polish dries. I have been to so many nail salons and they only massages you for a short period of time, I am usually tensing up because for some reason I think that will make it last longer, but I was actually so relaxed and ready to purchase an additional massage. They do a great job with nails as well. First they dip your hand in paraffin wax and wrap it in plastic wrap, making your hand luxuriously smooth afterwards. Have been here on a few occasions but after my visit last week I will not be returning. I don't think I've ever had a traditional manicure but have had a few gel manicures and a pedicure. The pedicure I received earlier in the summer wasn't anything special but the polish seemed to last for a while. I went last week on Wednesday afternoon to get a gel manicure by Saturday I no longer had polish on my fingers. I had to take it off as it was already chipping and however they applied the polish severely damaged my nails. My nails became so soft and have all broken off. Worst $80, I've spent. I went in for acrylic tips was rushed through the process so the nails ended up being just barely higher then my natural nails, she cut my skin around my cuticals very badly, I didn't even let her finish and yet they charged me the full rate. The pedicure massage was good but the painting was messy and my toenails we're cut too short. Very disappointed, I'd avoid this place. Read Less

I got hustled by these people. I went in for Mani & Pedi for $30, got charged $37.50 ($5.00 for polish removal + $2.50 tax). I thought I was getting gel-nails polished. However, that was not the case. I got regular nail polished, and the polish only last for two days. Those two days later, I went back and got the nails fixed for another $21.50 ($20.00 + $1.50 tax). Definitely will NOT be returning there. They only care about profit, not customers.Read Less

I could not be more horrified about my experience with Natural Nails & Spa in Glastonbury, CT. I am 33 years old and have been getting pedicures since I was 16 and have never had an issue. Stupid me...I started going to this place about 6-8 months ago for a pedicure once a month. I NOW HAVE FOOT FUNGUS. This place is filthy and I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to NEVER go there again. I started noticing that something was not right with my feet the last couple of months and the symptoms have been getting progressively worse. I visited a podiatrist yesterday and I was diagnosed with fungus. I am a VERY over the top clean person (some people I know have other names for me...LOL) I bring socks in a Ziploc baggie to get me and my flip flops through airport security. I refuse to exercise anywhere but home because I do not want to lay on the same machines as other people's perspiration. I refuse to use a public pool or shower. Cleanliness and germs never quite leave my mind completely so the fact that I even have pedicures boggles my mind. I let my guard down with this one thing and this is what I get. A microorganism living in my skin cells. And $1,000 in medical and pharmacy bills. I am grossed out, outraged, and so incredibly disappointed. I am the mother of two tiny little girls and have no time for myself ever so when I get my monthly pedicure it is just so wonderful and relaxing and I look forward to it so much. So much for that. This place is the WORST place I have ever seen. My friends were kind enough to take me for a mani-pedi listed for $30. They talked rapidly and unintelligibly and said $40.$40, etc. Then when they pointed out that it was listed as $30 they started yelling at my friends and argued that they had consented. They upcharge, it is AGAINST the law. Then, when one employee said, just let them have it for $30, they KEPT arguing. It was dreadful, and distasteful and we left. I am writing the Dept. of Consumer Protection and the Health Dept, esp. given a YELP review about nail fungus. NEVER go here, go to a reputable place and spend a little more, it is NOT worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
