Today is 7/15/2018... Time 1:38pm... My cousin and I searched online for a nail salon.. saw this one and figured we'd spend our money here. We walked in.. was asked which service we wanted and then a man walks out and asks if we had appointments. Then literally in every sense of the word, denied us both service... On the spot!!! No where in the establishment did it say on any sign, you need an appt. Nor online..I am disappointed but I knew exactly what this pertained to. I will ask my colleagues to boycott this business. They were very rushed and didn’t take their time. Owner sat me down at the pedicure chair knowing I had gel polish on my toes and didn’t begin the soaking process to remove it while she had me Wait for a tech. I waited for about 15 minutes before someone came to work on my pedicure.When the nail tech came to work on my pedicure, she then had to begin the soaking process to remove the gel polish. As she was as trying to remove the polish the additional owner inquired about pedicures to be started for two additional customers that came in 25 minutes after me. These customers were also still sitting in their pedicure station soaking while waiting to be worked on. I was left agian waiting for another tech to show up and work on my pedicure. Once the new tech arrived the gel polish residue was still on my toe nails while she filed my nails. She didn’t clean my cuticles, cut some of my nails too short that they didn’t line up evenly. The pedicure lasted no more than 10 mins from when the second tech came to work on my feet. Then the tech lathered on so many layers of nail polish that it would of taken more than an hour to dry and even then would still smudge if I put on sneakers later on that day. I told her I can see that some gel polish residue was still on my nails and she ignored me because she was rushed to hurry up and move on to the next client. I was so upset and was made felt as if my money wasn’t important. I ended up canceling the manicure and had the tech remove my polish. It was my husbands bday and I brought him for a pedicure that day as well. I felt so embarrassed that he had to witness and see the type of treatment that was giving to us as paying customers. Long story short I paid $75 for both pedicures, where one wasn’t even done correctly. Never agian will I return to this place, and I will be sharing my story with my friends who I know go to this salon for their nails. Great job Tina! Read Less

This was my 4th visit. Last time was not a great experience...I came back only because i had a gift card and I'm so glad I did. Angie was absolutely wonderful. She put all of her love and strength into her work. I had a spa pedicure and it was awesome. Sometimes I think it matters who is doing the work, so...ask for Angie! Thank you ! Read Less
