This was my first visit and I must say I was a bit disappointed. I chose his place because of their yelp reviews. The good, the owners and staff were all very friendly. The place is clean, beautiful and relaxing. Now to the not so good part. The nail technician that did my pedicure was sweet however it appeared as she was a new at doing pedicures. I had glitter polish to which she didn't know how to remove. After all was done my nails still had glitter polish on them. The sweet girl asked if it were ok to leave on and paint over with the new polish. I nicely said no please remove. The service felt rushed and the paint job was ok. Not sure that I would return. This is by far the best place I've ever gotten my nails done! It is the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. It doesn't smell of chemicals like most do.  I wish I remembered the name of the man who did my gel manicure because I want him to do my nails from here on out. This nail salon is a hidden gem! They took their time and were extremely thorough during my pedicure. I have had tons of pedicures but this was the best. They give a nice long massage as well and I didn't feel rushed at all (which I often do at many other nail salons) The salon is bright, colorful and clean. I was there around closing time and they thoroughly clean everything as well. I will definitely be back! I love going to Kim's. I prefer her bright and relaxing salon over the others in town because I can always get in, it's not as crazy as other places down the street. Kim cracks me up and her and her pup, Jungle are there every time I go in. I am always happy with the work they do, every technician there is friendly and kind. The massages are great! I know that's a big part of why most of us go and get our nails done lol. And their prices are competitive. Go to Kim's! Read Less

I won't go anywhere else! For me, Kim's is a short drive down route 2 and right off exit 10. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. They're also very clean and I've never had to question what they were doing. I've had both pedicures and manicures here on several different occasions; very disappointed. Read Less

My girlfriend wanted to get her nails done and this being close to our home decided to give it a try...Kim herself said she would do them and "they would be beautiful ". My girl always gets french manicure and likes them done with pink and white gel which she said they do, some salons do not use the white gel, so she had them done. Kim did a good job and they looked great. Two weeks later she went for a fill and was told bu Kim that she couldnt take her as a client, when my girl asked if another day was better she said she did not have the staff to take her at all as a client. Now she had to find another salon to do them the same. Very disappointed that she did the set to begin with without telling her she couldn't do them after that. Won't go there again. Read Less

I've been going to Kim's with my mom for years now. They're extremely friendly, professional, and thorough- I always leave relaxed with an amazing mani/pedi. Theres a reason they have so many regulars! I've lived in NH and Seattle since leaving CT and still have not found a better nail salon! I try and come in every time I'm home. Read Less
