I have been visiting Five Star Nails since they were first open and am always pleased and really happy with my treatment. I have tried other salons who have ruined my nails and the finish has been poor. I would highly recommend them and the staff are lovely, really helpful and take care. Thought I'll give it a try instead of my normal nail bar, not very please with the outcome one nail is sorter than the rest, all different shapes. And I asked for the gel to be thick because of my job it lifts quickly but no she didn't do what I asked. Love my yellow nail colour though and good customer service while coming though the door. But nails defiantly aren't £35 so it's a shame guess I'll return back to my old salon. Read Less

This is the best pedicure around-it's so awesome! It is super clean and they have big comfy massage chairs. They give you an exfoliating scrub, and then a long massage. Then they do a hot stone massage too! I love coming here! Read Less

I moved to the area over a year ago and have been searching for my new go-to nail salon. Today I stopped at the Nail House on my way home from work to check it out. The pedicure, including a foot massage and leg exfoliation, lotion and hot stone massage was wonderful. My tired, in severe need of a pedicure, feet were delighted. I also had a gel manicure and from start to finish Irma had a great attention to detail and pampered my fingers and toes. Manicures here are terrible. Pedicures vary from excellent to mediocre depending on who does it. Last one the lady did one coat of polish, didn't fully cover the nail, and no top coat or second coat. There are much better places in the area. Try Noella. Worth the few extra dollars for a much better manicure and a longer lasting pedicure. I won't be going back to this place. The last visit was my third or fourth and the first time this creepy man that I assume is an owner was hovering and staring at people. Came in for a shellac mani pedi. Was talked into doing regular polish on my nails because shellac is $15 more for toes. Got the pedi- great work nice polish very clean great massage in the chair. They switched nail techs on me then I went for my mani- eh- I do a better job at home. Don't bother with the shellac. It's very bumpy and uneven. No pleased with it. If I wasn't in a hurry I'd have them redo. Read Less

I was very pleased with the attention I received from my young attendant TRACEY.... she did a very good job and I shall definitely go back. Quality of the varnish was shit my nails chipped after a day of shellac and went back to get it fixed and no one would help to try and find the same colour as I didn't remember I didn't need to as it should stay out for at least 2 weeks. Waste of money shouldn't be going back to the salon after a day to get it fixed. Read Less

Nail House has been my regular salon for almost 6 months now and I got a couple of times a month. Every time I walk in the door I get greeted by Sue the owner who is really the sweetest and she has a great team. I usually never make an appointment and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into a chair. My gel manicures always last 3-4 weeks and I've never had any problems with service. They also have an awesome rewards program where you can earned free pedicures!I have been to hundreds of nail salons all over the country, but Nail House is by far the best. Read Less

Would definitely recommend Five Star Nails... go here all the time and the staff are really lovely. The gel powder and shellac lasts for ages so are definitely worth the money. LOVE this place!!! Nail House is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and thorough.My pedicure started with a polish removal and trim.Next was the foot and leg scrub. The sugar scrub is actually made in house; it is very effective. Next, a leg and foot massage with baby oil and aloe vera. This is followed up with a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. Finally, the precise polish application. As an added bonus, while drying, they also provide a warm shoulder massage. The price is comparable to the places in the mall, but with the amazing service $30 is a bargain.  I will never go to the mall salons again where you feel like they are rushing to get to the next person. With that said, be prepared to spend a bit of time here. Also, you can put the tip on your card if paying by credit/debit. Read Less

I have been struggling to find somewhere that actually pays attention to what I want. I had my nails done by sunny, who did a great job. However for some reason the shellac on both my thumbs came off within 2days of having them done. I emailed and got a response straight away and phi and his team re-did them all for me.
