This is my second time going to this nail salon, while I was there, getting just a regular pedicure, the pedicurist (Mallia) was so rough. I came in with long nails and she wound up cutting them so short that it was painful. You could see the sensitive skin underneath! (I asked to keep them long) She wasn't gentle at all throughout the entire pedicure. While scrapping my feet it felt like it would cut me. My mother came with me and got a pedicure and her pedicurist (Jenny)wound up cutting her foot and said my mom walked in with that. Our original plan was to get manicures and pedicures but we decided that it wasn't even worth it. Honestly never going there again. Don't even think they deserve this one star. I love this place. I've been going for almost 2 years now on a regular basis. Everyone is always sweet. My needs have always been met. I do waxing and nails and have always been pleased. People who are disappointed are more apt to jump on Yelp than are those who are satisfied. Hopefully this helps you at least try it out. Read Less

I have been here twice and will not be back.  Both times asked for mani and pedicure.  First time I was totally happy so I came back. Second time, the lady wanted to charge me $10 extra dollars to remove calluses.  She hardly scrubbed the dead skin from my heels wo the  extra expenditure.  What the heck...the pedicure only costs $22.  There's a place down the street that doesn't charge extra for what normally should be included in a regular pedicure.  And they still charge $22.  Ridiculous. Not only are they rude, their gel nail manicures suck.  I had to go back and get two fingers redone injustice 3 days.  I know it's a luxury problem but I spent so little $ on myself that when I do I want to get my money'sworth!  Don't bother - go anywhere else. Read Less

This place is the worst. Completely unfriendly, rush you in and out and rude to their customers. Dont bother even trying it..they were so rude when i was in there to a customer it made me want to leave. There are too many other places that do a better job with nicer service Read Less

I have been going to Kiki's since they opened and I love everyone there. Everyone is very friendly, they do a great job, and give the best foot massages during the pedicure. They are much nicer at Kiki's than at Cleopatra. I rarely have to wait and they take credit cards (except AMEX). Read Less

went here today for a pedicure- totally not impressed. the entire process last about 10-15 mins.... most certainly the fastest pedicure i've ever had!
