Yesterday my girlfriend and I brought our four year old twins and their little friend to get manicures. They were so excited walking into the salon like "big girls" and picking out their colors smiling and laughing with each other. The women at the nail salon were so accommodating and lovely to the little girls. They got to sit next to each other and had a very nice time getting a manicure. They were all very happy and I noticed that when I went up to pay, it was all very inexpensive. I have definitely paid much more to get their nails done in Wilton Ct, and Floris did a much better job. I would have come back again, but I recently learned from my sister in law that the place across the street from Floris does children's manicures for 6$ and gives the adults a free massage. I love the pedicures at Floris! I usually get the sea salt pedicure which is amazing I love the hot stones they use. Floris is really clean and beautifully decorated. They always offer me tea with my pedicure. I got a manicure here once and it chipped fairly quickly. I would not suggest getting a manicure only a pedicure. It's pricey but worth it Read Less

Made an appointment several days in advance at 4pm with two of my bridesmaids and my mom. Still were waiting to be seen by 4:45. Seats were used and old. They were rushed on doing the nails. They cut my skin on one of my fingers. There were someone else's cut nails all over the table and trash where they had me sit.Read Less

My go to nail salon in Stamford. They do all the "extras" - a 5 min neck rub, lotion gloves with a hot towel, special moisturizing heel paraffin wax - for regular mani/pedis at no extra cost. Staff is very friendly and salon is clean and comfy. I've been to Mint Spa close by and have a much more pleasant experience overall at Floris. Manicures last about a full week which you can't beat. Sadly, this place has really gone down hill. I was a regular when they first opened but having gone through several management and staff changes, the quality has suffered. Expensive and not worth it. Much better salons around town. Find another one. Read Less

I have been going to Floris for years. The staff is always accommodating and goes above and beyond when needed. I'm generally in a time crunch and they will do my mani and pedi and same time.  My gels typically last three weeks and when I have had an issue they always fix it free of charge! Read Less

This was the worst experience of getting a manicure/pedicure I've ever had. They continuously cut and hurt me and continued as I kept saying "ow". They tried to charge me $75. They rip you off and do a terrible job.Read Less

Can I tell you how much I loathe nail salons getting rid of the "free" massage that follows a pedi? I usually tip the person $10 too so it's not free Floris!I haven't been here in months and finally decided to venture out. I noticed the new signs pushing chair massage and realized I wasn't going to get a massage -- usually the best part of my spa service. Not only that but they set an obnoxious timer to ding loudly exactly on the time allotted. How cheesy is that? Dang now I have to find a new place. Read Less

Do not go here if they are busy. I recently had a manicure that took about 5 minutes. She pushed back my cuticles so roughly that 3 of them were bleeding and have been inflamed for 2 days. The paint chipped off already as well (2 days). Worst manicure I have ever had. If they aren't busy, they do OK. Read Less

Have been there several different times with several different nail techs and always had issues. Mani and pedi never last more than a few days and they rush through it. On top of that they are constantly offering more services to spend your money on. The last time I went, I smudged one of my nails sitting down to dry and asked guy to just touch up that one and he gave me a hard time. Literally, he put one drop of nail polish to cover it up and when I asked him to put the clear coat over again he said extra money or do it myself at the dry station. Never again will I go here. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! Do not go here. I went in and asked for a gel manicure, which was listed as $20 on their price menu. They performed the service and then told me it was $35 when it was time to pay. I pointed out that this was not the price listed, and they gave me some nonsense about how they gave me a "UV gel manicure" , which is ridiculous because I said gel manicure and gel IS UV in the first place. Also, there was no $35 gel "UV" on the list of services. There was only the $20 gel manicure and then the gel tips which were $50 and up. I paid what they wanted me to because they were not budging, but to make matters worse, my GEL manicure chipped the day after, which has never happened when I have done gel at any other salon. The whole point of getting it was because it is supposed to last. The people at this salon are dishonest and clearly incompetent at giving a proper gel manicure, which is pretty standard for any nail salon. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go to literally any other salon. Read Less

It is expensive but it was worth it! They did a great job taking care of you and smiling! They have very clean and attractive chairs and furniture! Lots of drying areas! I thought they did a short but nice job on your feet and nice job on your hands! I liked the way my nails looked when i left! I had a great experience and the man gave me a great design and taught me his language! My nail polish did wear off quickly but they are shiny! Will be back! Read Less

I was a little leery going here after I read the reviews but I decided to try it for myself.  The place is incredibly pretty but more importantly really clean.  Miriam did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had.  A little costly because I got one of the specialty pedis but well worth it.  I will definitely go back, hopefully the excellent service is consistent. The decor is pretty and new but the pedicure is mediocre at best. I got the regular pedicure with the callous removal upgrade and right after she applied the callous removal gel she says to me "I will not be able to get your callous off, you will need to do it again". What!?!? You tell me after I agree to the additional $10 service? BTW, I get callous remover at my normal salon every other week and they do a wonderful job but the girl at Floris barely buffed my feet. In addition, the pedicure was rushed, received barely any massage, and they are chipping not even 24 hours later. The $15 pedicure that I paid for my daughter to receive was a joke...8 minutes at best. And to top it off all the nail polish came off when she went swimming today. The decor is beautiful - but service is awful! After getting acrylic tips, the next day one by one, they started to either crack or popped off. I went back a day later to get them fixed (they fixed it) but expected me to pay for it!! I couldn't believe it. I was in utter shock! Then they proceeded to tell me that the tips were temporary and they were to only last a week. My nails didn't even last 24 hours! I walked out with no intentions of going back. I tried this place out yesterday after my friend recommended it to me. The outside is under construction however the inside reminds me of Coco Spa. I was up sold into getting the Sea Mud Spa pedicure. Then, after the complimentary massage the man tried to get me to purchase extra time which I declined. What was the most shocking of my visit was when I asked the woman to add a $5 tip to my bill since I did not have cash. She then says “That’s it?” and I didn’t respond. She walks away to swipe my card and comes back to then say “That is not 20% percent…very poor tip.” I just responded with an “oopsies” and ignored her. What did she want to do? Swipe my card again for an extra $2. After leaving the Floris I realized the oil that was in the products they used on my pedicure repelled my nail polish and my pedicure it totally messed up.
