I have been going here for years. Over the years they have continued to go down hill. I will no longer go here, and this is why... There are only 2 nail technicians. If you make an appointment you end up waiting, walk-in you wait just as long as if you made an appointment which is forever. Once seated the one of the 2 workers will cut your nails file them down and jump over to a different seat and start on another woman, so you wait some more. That will continue between upwards of 5 women at a time. They do NOT clean up the stations anymore after a previous customer has finished leaving nail clippings and a nasty damp face cloth with debris all over it. Mindy (owner) never seems to buy new nail polish, so if you pick a color you like which isn't much to start with, and its running low or comes out on your nail in a blob, they will add some kind of clear solution to it right in front of you to make the nail polish last another few months. Their technology in this field as far as the nail designs, equipment, products, and ability is absolutely horrid! FINALLY the QUALITY of the nails... your nails end up crooked, lopsided, THICK, sharp and smooth corners, with mediocre designs. Meanwhile listening to all the other women complain about the same issues. The nails will chip or break in a few days because they no longer take their time, it's rush, rush, rush on to the next... not worth the aggravation, unsanitary conditions, time, money and tip anymore . You can tell them till you are blue in the face that something is wrong and they will insist "it cute, or so pretty" only to turn around and talk to one another in their native language and laugh. It is not pleasant knowing they are talking, and laughing about you. It is sad to have watched this place get worse over the years. DONE! Read Less

I have been going for 7 years and never been disappointed . I am a true nail biter but I am so proud to display them now. Very natural looking unlike some you see and I am always getting remarks on how good they look. Tina & the team are very up to date on the latest look. Trust me you won't regret it..... Read Less
