So I had gotten my gel nails removed here two days ago  and the nail polish is already chipping  Needless to say I am disappointed. The girl Jessie who did my nails was wonderful and so patient while getting the nails off and than did a great job on my manicure! This is reason I don't spend money on manicures or pedicures because they don't last. Cute decor, comfortable atmosphere, great value, no up sells. They really care about you and they love what they do. Clear communication, cleanly practices and facility. They use a metal bowl to soak rather than the foot spas that are cleaned with chemicals and then re-cycled. Amazing experience. Would definitely recommend. I got a regular manicure and a massage here, two separate visits. Manicure: 3 out of 5 stars in terms of cuticle fixing, nail shape, and nail polish application. Massage: 5 out of 5 for the therapist. 0 out of 5 for the massage room, ambiance etc.Manicure: The manicure was done by the salon owner. She does them super quick, 15 min. It's not at all pampering or relaxing, but efficient. But again.....15 minutes...if you gotta get it done asap, she's your person. If you want to feel pampered, don't go here.Massage: The therapist is amazing. She doesn't work there full time, she does live real close. She's definitely very experienced and knows the human physiology very well. For her skills give her 10/10. However, the massage room is a broom closet at back of the already tiny salon. The door is a flimsy sliding thing and you hear every loud conversation at the nail stations about 2 feet from the door. Also, the headrest on the massage table was broken when I went, so that was uncomfortable. Read Less

They have specials with every season, which can save you money on an amazing experience! They also offer a range of special pedicures, facials and massages. I have been to a few nail spas and this is the best in the area.   They have been courteous and always offer you tea or coffee.   I had never had such pampering in a nail spa before.   I have found all of the women to be very efficient and they give  you the "spa feeling".    I feel that the prices are very reasonable, the work areas are very comfortable and people are friendly and remember your name and preferences in the treatment you desire.    I can't imagine going anywhere else. I can't believe this place has no reviews yet. I found this place last week and I am SO glad I did. The ladies here are wonderful! The shop is small, but the atmosphere is really just great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and they even made me a hot cup of tea!   I went in for the removal of gel nails and to start the process of repairing my natural nails after the gels. The techs at Nail Spa were all very clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing, and helped me pick the best option for what I wanted and my habits. My favorite part? No drills! Read Less
