I got my nails done last week . Not even a full week. I went on a Thursday and I have 2 nails that came off because the lady doing my nails didn't know how to lay the acrylic & it popped clean off .  The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and I know I will NEVER go there again . Got my nails done here for the first time & was extremely unhappy. Although I am a nail biter & have a short nail bed, I have never had what I would consider a bad nail job. The tips ended up wider than everything else which looked really strange & some parts were already lifting in under a full day! I went over to Classic Nails in Windsor Locks to have them try & fix what was done. The people here were very nice so I didn't want to give just 1 star. The lady that did my nails however did not listen to anything that I said I wanted which is very frustrating. She just did everything the way SHE wanted to do it. Had to almost beg for a manicure although all I wanted was nail polish removed and cuticles cleaned up. It was as if they were doing me a favor; they obviously didn't want my business. And this isn't the first time this happens... The girl was obviously shocked when I still gave her a $10 tip for a sad ass $10 manicure... Treat all customers better!Read Less

This place doesn't even deserve one star but you have to put at least one. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. It was a waste of time to even go there. The tools they used came out of the drawer and we're definitely not sanitized properly- I should of walked out then. The woman giving me a pedicure had on a dress, don't know how you can even give a pedicure when you're trying to squat in a dress. they do a decent job, but aren't exactly the most convenient. you could sit for an hour and wait and they don't even apologize. i've had to walk out several times. even after they asked me to come back later. you'd think they would make time for you. and that instance was only eyebrows. it takes what, 5 mins? and their pedicures are alright. have had better. they just do minimal.
