I went to this place twice. I got an acrylic set with gel polish and a rhinestone design.The first time the nail technician didn't file the tips evenly, nor applied the acrylic powder evenly. Plus the rhinestone design looked bad. The second time i went to get a refill another technician claimed i need a whole full set because the tips where popping off my nails then broke one of my real nails. Another client came in and i assume she was there before me getting her nails done so he had to stop working on my nails to finish hers. I used to love this place but I've been noticing a crazy increase in price. I used to get gel coats and designs all the time and the most I paid was $25-30 per visit. Now I pay about $50 for a gel coat and a few badly placed rhinestones on my finger or glitter. There is a rude guy that sits in the front. The employees can't agree on a price. He told me my nails would cost $40 (I wanted a gel top coat and some rhinestones as I was going on vacation). Then once they are done I'm told that it is $52. Luckily I had the money in my account. But the ATM in the store didn't work so I had to walk all the way to the gas station to get my money out. They told me to leave something behind so that I come back to get it. I was irritated so I just told my boyfriend to stay there while I got the money. At this point I was over it and I paid, went outside, and waited for my mom to pick me up. I usually wait for my mom in the nail salon but I was so irritated. And the last time I was there I waited for my mom in the salon and the rude guy kept staring at me until she got there. Some snottiness from the nail technicians coupled with inappropriate music for your children to listen to while they wait for your nails to be done. I find it very disapproving. Have to pay with cash because no one pays taxes so each and every single transaction must be cash. They conveniently have an atm for that purpose. Read Less

So I walked in this very small and cramped nail salon, I waited an hour to get my nails done. I brought two other friends with me and then they took my friend and hour after me and then my other friend an hour after her. We spent 4 hours in a nail salon. I got an acrylic fill and it was horrible nothing I wanted at all, the shape was wrong. I asked for almond and they gave me coffin. It was a disaster and I will never go back again. Made an appointment over the phone told them I wanted rhinestones and ombré full set of acrylics they said no problem booked for the end of the week at 1 . They call me the day before to tell me it needs to be moved to 2... inconvenient but okay.... I get there and they tell me they can't do ombré they can't do rhinestones ... I tell them I'm going to leave then ... they all of a sudden can do it but I have to have 1 guy shape then nails the owner nail them and a 3rd employee do the rhinestones ... waste of my time . Not to mention the place has poor ventilation so it smells horribly bad of nail polish and remover . Very incompetent staff.Read Less

Originally I would have given this place 5 stars, but ever since the new owner took over this place has officially gone down hill. He's rude, rough, impatient, and over charging customers for mediocre work and I was willing to pay the price for exceptional service; being that this was once a gem nail place that could only perform trending intricate nail designs. Now I'm better off going to my local nail salon because they can perform the same if not better. The owner can't do nails and will force you to get what he wants for your nails saying that he can do what you want but it ends up being a mediocre replica. He files your nails down too much and treats customers terrible. He's going to cause loyal customers to no longer want to do business there. I witnessed him harass a customer because he overcharges so much have to go back to her car for more money (she's gone there for years and usually knows the set price for a refill), and he literally follows her to the car waiting and taking pictures of her license plate like she was going to steal. I felt so bad seeing a lady drive all the way from Fairfield get her nails done terribly and roughly on the verge of tears with her granddaughter recieve such digsusting service and a bad nail job. He won't tell you over the phone when you're booking an appointment that Nina and Hannah are no longer there whom were the real stars of this nail place. Luckily, Van pleasantly turned my nail visit around completely. She fixed my nails that were done very badly by a new nail tech that seems to hate being there, and was overcharged for. She fixed them for no price either, but I still gave her something. She's the only one left that can perform high quality work along when V comes in, and her son. My nails suffered a horrible full set the day before I made an appointment with Vi Nails ! Hannah was so sweet ! They took the time to soak my nails off (instead of filing and ripping like some places would do) she made sure that I was happy with every step of my nails to make sure I didn't go thru what I did from the mall nail salon I went to initially! I came in as a walk in three weeks ago. My nails just started to look like I need them redone. I'm highly impressed by the talent of the women doing my nails. She was not Vi ,I wasn't there for anything too fancy; a gel French manicure for a wedding I was in.  The women was very nice and meticulously made sure my nails matched perfectly before having them go under the light. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever be back. I wish I could give 4 or 5 stars but the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was appalling in my eyes. The first thing I noticed was the lack of cleaning equipment for the tools they had, no sterilization equipment that I could easily see, when I went to wash my hands I saw all the equipment piled in a bucket, exactly where my nail person went to grab what she was using on me. It was a bit nerving but there was no point leaving considering the fact that I already had my cuticles cleaned and tools were already used. Also the uv lights look like they never have been cleaned with a bunch of previous clients nail polish stuck on. The floor was dirty things were all over the place. A friend of my recommended them or I would have just turned around... Next time I will just judge the book by the cover.The next thing that irked me was the fact that 4 people walked in looking to have their nails done and the person whom I'm assuming is Vi told them it will be a 4 hour wait... There was only me and another girl there and about 4 guys that were not working on nails standing there that could have helped. The people left upset.
