Horrible acrylics, did not do what I asked her to do. They put so much powder on my nails that they ended up looking like blobs. I do no come here at all, it was my second time and I’m officially disappointed. Never again. I’m pretty sure the store owner was the one who did my nails. They did everything so quick and didn’t even clean my nails properly. They try to do everything fast and messy and demand a high price. It was a waste of $40. I hate my nails. It looks like I already need a refill and I just got them 3 days ago. TRASH! Don’t come here!

The nail tech I had for sure doesn't have a liscense. Sloppy nail acrylic, does nails the way they want not how the customer request. I asked for stone and gems on my nail she said they didn't have that but it was literally right in back of her on a wall. asked for a design she denied me. So from that I got the vibe she was doing "less for more" and to be done as soon as she could. She Insisted to do my eyebrows so I specifically told her I only want the ends cleaned up and she still messed up my eyebrows, took off more hair from the beginning in which I didn't ask. I told her I didn't like them and wasn't paying for them. the owner still demanded me to pay for them disregarding the customer being right policy. Then went to put out a 5$ tax on my credit card in replace for the eyebrow charge. They might be used to people coming in and out not stating how they really feel about their experience there. But people who work hard for their money will not settle for less when it's coming out of their pocket. Especially when it's on their body at that. Waste of money, the pedicure was trash too. Rude and unprofessional place of business.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. They do an amazing job at acrylic nails and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.

I'm giving this place 5 stars based on the service I have received. I have read the bad reviews and totally understand where you are coming from. You have to know the area and demographic. These girls work hard. There are 2 master acrylic and gel specialists that take appointments. Linda and Cindy are the best. I like it here. The guy that sits in the front may be a little abrasive, but that aside the salon is nice and prices are good for the quality you get. Don't be afraid of bad reviews. Just tell them what you want and you will get it.

Terrible time. They are rude, and will not take fault of their mistakes they try to blame you. Do not go. It is over priced and ugly. They cut you and make you bleed and don't even care.

Fair job for the amount paid. I've had better gel/shellac manicures and pedicures but I was in a last minute situation. The place was fairly clean but I was nervous that I'd get dust/hair in my fresh pedi while getting nails done. Just FYI $45 plus tax for gel/shellac mani and standard pedicure.

Really bad place nobody understands English they have a really bad attitude I did a pedicure and a manicure they used a drill to file down my toenails which I've never had done before they didn't do anything for the bottom of my feet they just scrubbed them like that I could've done at home when it came time to do my nails he kept on pulling my hand violently and then he cut my cuticle on my thumb and made me bleed then he was drilling my nails and I told him I just wanted a manicure not a full set and he said yeah I know and continued to drill my nails down about two weeks later when the regrowth started to happen on my nails I noticed a bump on my nailbed because he filed my nails down and then they started to break in the same thing is happening with my toenails he filed my toenails so much that they are splitting and cracking they should be shut down by the Board of Health

Well I usually rate them a 5 and the manicurist was so nice.but after a altercation of which I paid for my nails and my daughter's nail total 70.00 plus a 10.00Tip. They wanted after 1 hour of being there they told my 14 year old daughter for 5.00 more. Because her nails that she wanted was considered a design shape. They could of least informed us at first. If I wasn't in there they would of took advantage of a teenager and milking her dry. Well you got 15.00 from me. 4 Star Nail is a great salon for nail art!!! The are very open to your ideas! Bring in a photo and theyll recreate it to the best of their ability (which in my experience is spot on!) They have a wide variety of acrylic powders, gel colors, paint colors, rhinestones, and all the dressings inbetween. Ask for Linda! Prices are definately not bad. 20 bucks for a pedicure on Foxon? Ill take it. They did an excellent job. Ive been a modern dancer for 18 years and they made these toes look beautiful. Bravo!

Guess I will have to get use to the price of"high maintenance"Good points...Tuesday mid afternoon walk-ins were okay.Nice new spa recliners for pediacures. My manicure was average. Customers were very nice also.What I didn't care for was: The price..$9.95 for Manicure (just regular manicure) $19.95 for a Pedicure.There didn't seem to be any privacy for waxing, I may be wrong on this but one poor woman was being worked on by 2 people, 1 male doing her Pedicure, 1 female doing her nails and waxing her entire face...eyebrows,lip,chin, neck and sides of face. Not for nothing but gimme some privacy here. I would imagine private parts of the body like Brazilian bikini waxes and the like are done in a back room but I wouldn'twant to be getting my face stripped in front of other people.As far as the pedicure went...didn't see anything being done to warrant the price of $19.95, seriously I pay $13.00 for a regular pedicure in N.Y.with all the same steps.A manicure is $6.00. Any waxing even eyebrows is done in a back room.I don't like it when different people are performing manicures and pedicures. I always have one girl that I make an appt. for in N.Y. and she does the manicure,pedicure and eyebrows. Everything is sterilized after each person is done.Don't want to sound mean, biased,racist or anything like that and get hate mail but I didn't quite like the fact that there was a big screen TV on the wall blasting and I do mean blasting some foreign rock n roll program. Guess I will just have to come back to N.Y. after I move up here to get my "high maintenance" done.

Horrible acrylics, did not do what I asked her to do. They put so much powder on my nails that they ended up looking like blobs. I do no come here at all, it was my second time and I’m officially disappointed. Never again. I’m pretty sure the store owner was the one who did my nails. I'm giving this place 5 stars based on the service I have received. I have read the bad reviews and totally understand where you are coming from. You have to know the area and demographic.
