Everything seemed great and then later I checked my bank account and was charged $99 and change. I paid for 2 pedicures(one no nail polish) and a Manicure. My manicure and pedicure came to $60 and I was told the other pedicure was $19. My friend called and they said no pedicure is $19. I even repeated afterwards “$19?” And the woman said yes. I have been a customer here for over one year and they never fail to do a good job. The ladies are friendly and make sure you are a satisfied customer before you leave. I love their spa pedis because the ladies take their time and pride in their work. I get a gel manicure every two weeks and they have a terrific selection of colors. I always feel great when I leave! I had a pedicure here before my wedding. The nail polish lasted for about 1 month and it looked great. The pedicure itself was pretty good. I also had silk wrap for my fingernails because my nails were short. I wouldn't get these again here. They were done very messily and there was a lot of build up of the gel on the backside of my nail. They were extremely thick and looked very fake. They also started to peel off after about 2 weeks. I have had gel manicures here in the past and they have looked really great. I would recommend them for inexpensive pedicures and gel manicures but not for fake nails. Read Less

Called and made an 11am appointment for pedicures Saturday with my mom for mothers day, showed up, waited 25mins, and left because we still hadn't even gotten water in our tubs. They were very busy and I understand mothers day weekend, but then dont take appointments you cant keep. I called up the road and we left to get pedicures there.Read Less

I can't even wait to write this review! I'm almost falling asleep as Vicky massages my legs. Kind staff, relaxing atmosphere and the steps they take to ensure cleanliness are far beyond any other salon in the area. That itself makes it worth my money. She takes her time and you can tell she's not trying to push you out the door. I can definitely see myself coming back. If anything - I wish they offered more information online. This is the best nail salon in the area. Parafin treatment is included in the standard manicure and prices are very reasonable. The owner knows her clients by name and everyone is friendly. Manicures are high quality and it is clean and sanitary. Good pedicure chairs and they usually have HGTV or Food network on TV. Tiffany's Nail and Spa in Cromwell is the best nail salon around! I have been going there ever since they opened in Cromwell, many years ago. I am a regular customer and have always had the best and most friendly service from everyone. Young is the best owner and nail technician - always very friendly and knows everyones' name. They have a few perks that no one else has - paraffin wax for your hands and wonderful back and neck massages. The salon is always clean and very comfortable. I had searched for nail salons in my area, Tiffany Nails was one of many..I decided to go to them after reading other 4/5 star reviews. They gave me a lovely manicure, took their time, it was clean and the staff was very friendly.
