I went there several weeks ago for a pedicure..I was in and out in 40 minutes!! I was so rushed that I did not even have time to relax. I felt like I was part of a herd of cattle! The attendant did not wash the tub out before she took the next customer!  I will not go back for a long time. Came here because I was looking for a place close to home to get a pedicure with a friend. I'm not someone who goes to nail salons often- so I'm not an expert by any means but I was very happy with my visit. The place was clean, I made an appt that day and there was no wait, I was very satisfied with my pedicure and the little back massage you get while your toes are drying, and my pedicure lasted a good month! The price seemed reasonable $35 for a basic pedicure. I went to a place a few weeks ago where the pedicure was cheaper, but it didn't come with as much and a few toenails started to chip after a week or two. Went back to classy nails for a manicure. I didn't try to do anything fancy- just painting my nails but I was satisfied with how they came out and it was only $12 so can't complain! I'm sure this will be my go to spot since it's so close to home. Again I only did basics so if you're looking for gel or designs idk how they would be but the environment was clean and the technicians were friendly. Everything else would have been just "fine", but I watched them put someone else in the pedicure tub right after me without washing it first, which is a complete deal breaker.The technician was just "ok". She kept cutting into my fingers with the nail file, but was able to shape my nails nicely despite my flinching away and complaining constantly. The pedicure felt a little rushed. She didn't even touch my heel or side of my foot with the callus remover- apparently that costs extra?? And the massage couldn't have been longer than 30 seconds total.The wax dip  and brief massage during the manicure were nice, but I wish they'd just spent more time on the important things instead.For $45 I expected way more. I have been going to Classy Nail for 3 years, that ended today. Last week I had a gel manicure and all the brush strokes showed,. I called because it looked terrible and Classy nail said they would re-do. Today, Classy Nail said that was how it was supposed to look. I could ,of course pay for a new color. Terrible service!!!!!!! Liars!!!! And ladies if you are a heavy , be warned that the men find that repulsive and will not want to touch you!!!!!! Too many nails salons to be treated poorly !!!!!! I always leave happy after an appointment here! I love that Cindy and her staff get to know their clients personally and remember everyone by name. It is always clean and since they don't do acrylic nails, there is no chemical smell like some other nail salons have. I highly recommend the gel nails (fill) and gel manicure. I usually go to a place near my job to get my nails done, but I'm a mom to an infant and need to keep my nails short since they're in my baby's mouth all the time! They took me in within an hour of me inquiring if I could be seen, I walked in. And I usually am not demanding, but, I was on a time and constraint, and they were helpful to get me what I needed, and the nail technician was wonderful, and got me out with time to spare, and the hand wax dip I've never experienced but it was super relaxing!! They were extremely rude! I walked in and they said they'd take me.  I sat for 15 minutes when there was only 1 person getting their nails done and 4 technicians.  After I waited 15 minutes one of the techs came over and told me it would cost $50 to do my fill.  I said I didn't care I just needed to get my nails done.  So after waiting another 10 minutes the tech walked up to the man at the front desk and spoke in their foreign language then came over to me and told me they don't do my kind of nails.  This place was not classy as their names says and I will definitely spread the word not to enter this business ever! I went to get a gel manicure my first visit (40.00) and my second visit I just needed a simple manicure(12.00). Well, the treatment was sooo much different from my first visit. I've already needed to repair one of my nails and it's only taken me 2 hours. I believe, since I'm in the customer service business, it shouldn't matter what my purchase or cost of it is, service should be consistent! I'm an awesome tipper, didn't matter what I'm in need of. Love them! Great service and they remember you too. Feels like Cheers lol. They always do great work. I've had silk wrap nails from them for 5 months and they always look great. I really like this place. It's immaculate & the techs really seem to care. They spend the time to shape your nails the way to you want. The manicure includes a paraffin dip & a nice 5 minute back massage. I've gotten the CND Vinylux 7 day nail color for $5 extra. It's well worth the extra charge. I asked for a regular gel fill and not acrylic.my nails were glued and filed,never cleaned or new gel? GLUE! They wanted me to take off my real nails and put a new set on. All I needed was a fill..when I said no to both they glued my nails and dusted a powder? Painted which chipped 1 hour later because there was no product on my nails. For 30.00....for glue? Really? Then theu go 40.00 and up from there! Dont waste your money. They were rude and not pleasant. I also had a pedicure horrible..for 35.00 to start! And had rough heels, even after I told the technician.. I had to sand when I got home. This was a sweet gift from my boyfriend to relax me on our way out to Dinner. 1st time i went i had an appt at 5. they finally sat me at 5:45. i got a gel manicure which started chipping the very next day! I decided to give them a 2nd chance because they use to be very good. this past week i went for a gel mani and regular pedi. once again my gel is chipping after a couple of days and my toes look like crap!! i have polish on my skin!! i paid a total of 73$$$ and for that kind of money i should be happy with my results! any other salon i go to my gel lasts up to 2 weeks! will not be going back! i feel like they are all about making money and not making sure your nails look great. especially for what they charge Read Less
