Ok. I question some of the cleaning practices there. The French nails had waivy lines so they don't look right, but they give a nice pedicure.Biggest issue is they will add on extra services without telling you it is extra. Visiting from out of town and chose Hands Down because of their stellar yelp reviews. Had a great experience. Debbie did my pedicure and Mercedes did my manicure. Both were excellent, very professional, paid close attention to detail, conversational when I wasn't chilled back. Overall a lovely experience. I'll be back next time I'm in town. Read Less

I stopped by the Hands Down because of their great Yelp reviews & I was not disappointed!1- Staff: They were very friendly and accommodated my late arrival and stayed after their closing time to finish the job. The manicurist, Debbie, did a fantastic job and was very nice.2- Environment: The spa is very clean and well ventilated. I can not say enough nice things about this place and the staff there.  They are all friendly and extremely accommodating.  I called this afternoon because I broke a nail (yes, I know, horrors).  They squeezed me in, even though it was after hours.  I wasn't charged for it because I had just been there less than a week ago.  All of my experiences with them have been wonderful.  Clean, friendly atmosphere.   Great job every time too! I chose this salon for someone & called ahead to pay as a gift.  She enjoyed it very much, thought it was exceptionally clean, the girls were all very nice and she said they had a lot of colors.  All told, she was very happy with the experience and would go back in a second.
