They do SNS nails. SNS dipping powder lasts about 3 weeks and they are dry from the start. No UV light, no drilling of your nails!! . I’m so excited. I have been driving to hartford to get these done. SNS nails are like gel or acrylic but actually healthy for your nails. They are protein based. There is no drilling on your nails. Your nails grow out healthy under them. Vicki did a French manicure (pink and whites) and they look fabulous. There are over 400 colors to choose from. I can’t believe someone on the shoreline has caught up to California so quickly. You can add tips for $40 a set or just have them over your nails for just $30 a set. AMAZIING!! I went this past week hoping to get a relaxing visit, but we were out in less than 45 minutes for mani-pedi. Most of that time was letting dry. They only did one coat, its day 2, and already chipped! They rushed the whole thing! Normally you would get to soak your feet and get them massaged, but not here. Best yet, I gave them a 25% tip, and when we left, they yelled, this is all your giving me! Worst place ever went for a pedicure and a facial terrible rushed pedicure then when I went in for my facial never even got it they used the stupid cellulite machine on me EVEN AFTER I SAID NO! They were like how much are you willing to spend I said 125 total they said ok I just show you how this works I said whatever they spent the whole hour using the stupid machine and rushed my facial maybe they spent like 10 minutes then when I gave them my card they charged me 200 bucks when I said we agreed to 125 they claimed in the room service only. Visited this location today with my daughter, she got a pedicure and everything was great - I chose the gel manicure and pedicure combo. My technician was named Michelle, and after this encounter I will never return. My pedicure was less than average and polish was all over my toes, but the gel manicure sealed my decision to not return and to write a review. First, the table was not plugged in and Michelle didn't 'like' the color I chose? I explained it looked 'off' because i...t mixed with the clear base coat and it hasn't cured because the lights were not on- she argued with me and finally proceeded - then she began complaining about me in another language as if I couldn't understand the repeated word color and see the eye rolling along with coworkers coming over to look?? Did I mention she got up during my manicure and left to wax someone without even the courtesy to ask or let me know where she was disappearing to? Manager was rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner in front of my children all because her workers didn't show up for the day. They claim to take walk ins, but once the appointments arrive, they skip steps just to move to them. I will never go back and told all of my friends about this place. we went in to get mani/pedi's for a girls day out .. the Pedicure, foot soak and leg massage were wonderful. When it came to getting my nails done, it was awful. I needed a gel fill in and the person LINDA didn't understand what i requested no matter how many times i said it. I went in with a groupon coupon for gel manicure. I knew what it was and what i was asking for. Instead she barely shaped the nails and placed them under the UV with straight nail polish... my nails look horrible and then she started a an argument with me. wont go there again lust because of her.
