My situation. My birthday weekend was coming up (the very next sunday), my work day was chaotic, and I really just needed some me time- something to make me feel good to kinda get in the weekend mode. So I saw the reviews and figured I should find a place closer to home (I moved and had been commuting to my old nail place 2 towns over) I gave them a call and they set up an appt for me right then! This was the best nail salon experience my daughter in law and I have experienced. Carolina did a great pedicure for my daughter in law and Miriam was wonderful with me. They put your sandals on before doing the polish which I thought was really smart. Miriam also did a manicure for me complete with paraffin wax. When I went to the dryer station  Reyna gave me an absolutely wonderful neck and shoulder/upper back massage. She even used a warm compress and then finished off with more massage. Decided to go to Queen's based on the reviews others had left. I found that the customer service was excellent, the salon had the best interior design I have ever seen in a nail salon, and was quick. However, even though the gel manicure I received was amazing, it cost me $30 and now looking at my nails, they are not fully polished. At the end of my manicure, I was offered a neck/upper back massage, which was complimentary. Overall, I would go again if I wanted a luxurious experience. Read Less

I thought I would try this place because of the 5 star reviews. Went for a pedicure and it was probably the fastest pedicure I have ever received. The girls were not friendly, just the normal lift your foot please. Maybe it was because they were closing in an hour or so but I definitely did not feel welcomed. They didn't even say goodbye. For a newer establishment you think they would be a little more nicer and more detailed with there clients but I will not be returning. The polish is also not painted well. Read Less

I was looking for a new salon because everywhere I went was making my nails look too thick. I found queens nail salon on yelp because of the amazing reviews and let me tell you they didn't let me down. I went in there needing HELP. The owner did my nails with this new stuff I haven't seen before and let me tell you she kept my natural nail and the length which I thought was going to be impossible because my nails are thin and weak but she was so patient with me and everyone there was super sweet and professional and clean. Really great experience! I came on a Sunday afternoon, got In right away with no wait. The salon was clean, staff was friendly, and the decor was beautiful. Very peaceful  and serene and a great collection of polishes. The were meticulous with my manicure and my nails looked great. The manicure ended with a complimentary five minute Massage while my nails dried. Amazing $12 mani!! The staff was friendly and want to ensure you have a good experience. Queen's Nail Salon is everything a nail salon should be! My Mother-in-Law suggested Queen's to help me prepare for a wedding my husband and I were attending. Upon arrival, the team was friendly and polite. Polish and gel options are available for guests. During the pedicure, the staff took care of my over worked feet while I enjoyed a massage chair. During the manicure, the staff did a beautiful job with trimming my nails to the square top with rounded edges I requested. Once everything is said and done, the staff gives you an upper back and shoulder massage! If I could pack up Queen's and bring them back to North Carolina with me, I would! This is a fantastic nail spa! Very friendly staff, spa-like environment, and I was able to walk in without an appointment on a Sunday. The best pedicure I think I've ever had! Seriously relaxing, they use scrub and you get a little massage with that first. Then hot stones and another foot massage. Then a back massage at the nail dryer. They take their time and do a great job, I highly recommend! Read Less

What a relief to see a totally new, totally upscale group in this nail spa.  Rayna, and her crew are terrific.  They have created a nice, slow paced pedi mani which includes nail soaking, parafin, a massage chair during the pedicare and a nice shoulder rub after the manicure.  They are open on Sundays too!  Excellent service, pleasant environment, reasonable prices. My friend and I stumbled upon this place and we WILL be going back!!! The prices are very reasonable and pretty much the "regular" prices. The atmosphere is amazing!! It has a very spa-like environment and the people are very nice. They really took their time to give me a great manicure (gel) and were very friendly. Can't say good enough things about this place. Shiatsu style with full body shower by Asian ladies who works there. They really pampered me. I find myself keep going back for more. I made a mistake of going for only 30 minutes 1st time. Ever since then, I have been going for full hour or more. Little problem communicating, but these ladies are well experienced and catch on fast. You can always ask manager (Sarah) to translate. No comparison to European massage practiced else where.
