This was Vienna Nails prior to April 2017...a great salon...under new management as CoCo Nails...awful and pricey for the area.  When I called to make an appointment with Helen (former owner)...they told me she was on vacation.   I asked when she was returning and they told me not sure...so I reluctantly made an appointment with someone else and was very disappointed with both the service and the prices.  I was paying $35.00 for a gel fill and they wanted to charge me $60.00 absurd.  While I was there I overheard 2 other customers mention the same thing about what they paid for their services on their last visit.  There were no signs indicating they were under new management nor a new price list.  The staff is unfriendly, the new owner sits in the back and smokes,  which makes the salon stink.  I will definitely not be returning and I told them on my last visit...my nails have never looked so awful.  Helen was skilled at nail care, very sweet and kind...she will be missed by her loyal customers. I had received a gift certificate to this nail salon. With no expiration date on it, just the date it was given, I was told that they could not accept it. They should put an expiration date so people know to rush down there. Was totally disappointed and have not returned and will not go back. Read Less

I just went to Finger & Toe Salon and I am incredibly impressed with their level of service! I got the raspberry pomegranate pedicure which was absolutely amazing! The staff who did my pedicure spent an hour & a half on me! He was gentle & all the staff there used brand new packaged clean tools. He did a phenomenal job with my massage (he went 15 minutes longer than the advertised massage time), used hot stones & asked me if everything was alright multiple times. I was beyond relaxed & pampered! All of the staff there were warm & friendly. I was a walk in without an appointment and I got taken right away even though they were busy. None of the customers there had to wait because they were amply staffed. There was also no chit chatting between staff in their primary language which I appreciated. I hate when I go to a nail salon & I know that the staff are gossiping negatively about me and the rest of the customers in their native tongue. These staff were fully & completely committed to their customers. I also got a 20 minute chair massage, which again was wonderful! The staff who performed my massage was friendly & welcoming. He went above and beyond with my massage. He also went 10-15 minutes over the advertised massage time. He was gentle yet firm enough to create a complete state of epic relaxation. I am more than satisfied with their level of service as well as their dedication to their customers. The nail salon across from this place that I prefer to all others was really busy, so instead of waiting, I decided to give Finger & Toe a shot.  Though I found the general ambience of the salon a little too cold/boring, it was very clean, and the quality of the work was impeccable. The guy who did my nails was a perfectionist- never have my nails been shaped so nicely. I'll consider this place as my back-up; at $37.20 before tip for a mani-pedi, it was a little steeper than I'm used to paying. Read Less
