Omgggg love this place!!! So, im super picky where i go because i used to do nails and they have to be legit perfect....im also really rough and am used to having to get them fixed and what not...lets just say i have changed 2 o2 sensors on my car and replaced a difderential gasket and not one nail broke or got damanged...also, a cna and all nails are intact...BUTTT I did have to cut them all down when i accidently melted my thumbnail on the corner with a lighter...completely my fault Hands down, best place around...if u dont take my word and listen to the negative reviews thats on u...and i wouldnt pump up a reputation if i didnt fully stand behind my opinion...cant speak for shellac cuz like i said im rough and i wouldnt even try cuz trust me i would find a way to make them not last...also went 3 weeks without a fill and no lifting...so between my work, housecleaning and auto repairs...nails still on fleek Read Less

Location wise this place is convenient for me, but I didn't experience anything other than a subpar typical nail service. My nail tech was bossy and somewhat condescending. She did a fine job on my nails but seemed inconvenienced that I asked her to clean off polish from my finger. The drying took FOREVER which also isn't normal for regular polish. My nail tech Sakada was great - worked meticulously, didn't rush, attention to detail, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. All the staff members were great. That was the best salon experience I've ever had!!! In 6 years of having acrylic nails, this is the best they've ever looked!! The salon is SO CLEAN and overall a very nice setup. My nail tech, Abeena, was amazing!! She takes her time and really makes sure they are PERFECT!! She also did my eyebrows, and I'm so picky, but she did those perfectly too!! Went today for the first time, Friday night and it was busy. Sophie was my nail tech and she did a really great job. Got a full set and a French design. Sophie took her time and was very gentle. I walked in for a gel manicure and they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait. After over 40 minutes they realized I was still waiting and had someone start doing my nails. They had me move from station to station to make room for others. My bill came out to around $41 and displeased with my service I left around a $4 and some change tip- leave my total at $45. I checked my bank account the next day to see that they had altered my tip and added on an additional $3 to charge me $48. If I had not thrown out my receipt I would have gone back and gotten my money back. Very wrong. Read Less

I can't say enough great things about idesign. Not only did they take me for a fill 45 mins before closing the tech didn't rush and took her time staying over an hour late. She did such a fantastic job completely reshaping the set I had done elsewhere (it was atrocious). It literally looks like a got a whole new set! My only regret is not having my nails done there in the first place. Their prices are great, friendly staff, and superior service. I'm looking forward to getting some fun designs next time! They were just okay. They charge $35 for a gel manicure, which is almost 20% more than the other nail salons, including those in Avon. The extra cost is not justifiable. Their gel polish selection is very small and I didn't recognize the brand - no shellac or OPI, etc. It was a weird brand name. The woman applied the polish so thinly, that the color is very light and the polish started chipping a week in. It's like they're looking to cut costs by skimping on polish, which is disappointing. I read the reviews, then went to the salon this past Sunday. I was greeted at the door and told that on Sundays they accept cash only. As previously mentioned in other reviews, all tools came in a sealed and sanitized packet and staff is courteous, thoughtful and professional. Sophie, the nail technician, is a pro at her craft. I asked for a French manicure. I was extremely pleased with the results; my nails look stunning and natural. Normally, people don't really notice that I've had my nails done. Today, I've received multiple compliments from others about how beautiful my nails look. I was stopped at the store and asked where I had my nails done. I'll be returning in 2 weeks. just wonderful!! the shop is very, very clean. the tools all come in closed packets after being sterilized. the pedicure chairs are massage chairs, so the experience is wonderful. i have extremely sensitive feet and this was only my second pedicure. i was so fortunate to be taken care of by Sabacla(?). He was gentle, thoughtful and attentive. he was able to massage the soles of my feet when even i can't! he also gave me a wonderful manicure and hand massage. he took his time and was very careful with both the pedi and the mani. the only other time i went for a mani-pedi was at a very high end spa. idesign was a much better experience! and the cost was so reasonable! i think i'll become a regular.... As soon as I come in I am always greated and they are always so nice. I always get acrylic nails and I show them a picture of the design I want and they make it look 99% just like the picture. They always make sure your nails look the way you want it. They always fix your nails if you ask them too with no problem or if they notice it they fix it on their own. They are a great place to go to. They can also do many different great designs. My friend has gone there and loved her nails and my mom has gone there and loved her nails. I got a mani and pedi today. The place is clean and the tools are sanitized, which you don't see very often. The workers are very nice and give there 100% when they are working on your nails.
