If I could give zero as a rating, I definitely would. For the past two times that I tried to engage in Fancy Nail salon's services recently, staff has been RUDE. They don't even greet you at reception and if they do, they don't even look at you ( busy counting cash or accounting in front of a customer ). Super POOR customer service. So I just left this establishment about 10 minutes ago... Not to sound rude but I only came here as a last resort because my other two nail places I prefer we're all booked... Due to my schedule as a hairdresser myself working with people and so on I never know when I have time to get my nails done...With that being said I came in the salon not one person was working on any customers there were no customers there it was deadI asked the first lady that asked why I was there for two nail fixes and a shape change and a color change.... she looked at me like I had five headsShe calls over all the three or four other nail techs they all say no we cannot do it, I kept asking why... They said I need a fill I just got my nails done a week ago I didn't need a fill! So I said I do not need to fill I just need to nails fixed a shape change and a color changeSo one girl says to me "you know that's going to cost you money" ... I said of course... She told me the price and I sat downMy thumbnail needed to be fixed it was cracked right in the middle of my actual nail it was extremely painful so before I even sat down in this woman's chair I told her it was very sensitive been hurt very very bad and to please be careful with it... So I sat down she takes out the nail polish remover and went to the first when she goes to and presses on it as like hard as she could... i'm not a baby with pain I genuinely think she forgot that was the nail I was talking about... So I said I OUCH!!!  and I pulled my hand back at this point my nail was bleeding... She looks at all the other girls and starts speaking a language of some kind of Asian dissent everybody starts laughing and looking at me while this one mean nail technician is rolling her eyes, another nail tech comes over and looked at my nails shrugs her shoulders and is at that time I figured this was not the place for me I felt like they didn't want to work on my nails because it wasn't a huge fill or full set and they thought of my money as like whatever...  like I said I'm a hairdresser I'm in the same industry as them I would never ever ever have someone sit in my chair initially make them so unwelcome saying technically I really don't even want to do your hair and then hurt them and make everybody laugh and then when I said I wasn't comfortable going there maybe it's not the right fit for me they also to laugh at me and one of them called me a bitch When I walked out I was so humiliated and upset... If they didn't think they were capable of helping me they should've initially said sorry we cannot help you out instead they were pushing me to get a fill to try to make more money... Needless to say I will never ever ever return there and if any of my hundreds of clients ask where to get their nails done I will make sure they do not go there and have the same experience I did there...THAT WAS AWFULSHAME ON THEM!! Fancy Nail is a great nail salon.  I highly recommend it.  I use to go here all the time.  They are very friendly and extremely clean.  They do a fantastic job on your nails.  The only reason why I stopped going is because it's extremely pricey.  I still go there to get my eyebrows done.  They do a wonderful job every time. I always loved coming here.  The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and my nails always look amazing and my gel manicures really last.  I was a little upset the last time I went and my gel polish was being soaked off w cotton ball of acetone wrapped in foil square.  She took the foil off my nail, wiped off any cotton ball residue straightened it out and put it back in her drawer.....how many times has that foil square been used??? Are they really that much? I love how they do my nails and I will be returning....with my own foil! Read Less
