After going to CT nail for about three years to get my eyebrows done and mani pedis once in a while I finally caved and got the gel polish that the employees always recommend. It is supposed to be stronger and last longer. One day after my manicure my nail breaks. It sucks because the workers here are usually nice. I paid for a spa pedicure and the woman hardly scrubbed my feet.whats the point of pay more for calius remove if they don't even put in an effort. I also asked for a manicure and when she asked if I wanted my nails trimmed I said no but to shape with file. Again poor job at that. Poor job with cuticles. She hardly used lotion on my hands/arms. This is the worse pedicure and manicure I've ever had. Even though they tried to make it up by bringing me back to the tub to scrub my feet again i still was not happy. every time i've gone in i've had a pretty bad experience. they made gave my eye brows a hugge gap in between and whenever i would get my nails done, the shape wouldn't be right or they would just be really crooked. this place is right down the street from me but i'd rather take a trip to another place that's further than go back there again Read Less

I started coming to CT NAIL over a month ago. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I will show them a design that I like and they are able to do it as picture shown. Prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely continue to be a return customer. Read Less

Usually go to idesign but they were booked so decided to try this place out. Seemed nice enough when I walked in. A younger lady did my nails. She rushed through the whole process. Did a terrible job filing my nails and refused to fix one because she had just started painting them. I got a fill and it looks like I've had my nails done for a week. Will not go back here again. I have to be honest, I'm really shocked at the poor reviews here. I've been coming for gel manicures and regular pedicures for at least 6 months and have never had a bad experience. I have had my nails done by every person in the shop and have only had one mediocre manicure; the rest were excellent. I think they have a great selection of colors, lots of OPI (my favorite) and other brands too. When they didn't have the color I was looking for, the owner added it.  They are always friendly and do a good job, even right before closing. Best of all, the price is only $25 (+tax), which is the best I've found in CT.I would definitely at least give them a try! Read Less

When I came in they were very nice. I came in to get a fill for my acrylic nails and I showed them what I wanted and the guy and women told me they could do it. So they started doing my nails and I asked them if they could fix the paint and the design they got mad at me. The design barley looked like the way I wanted it. I wanted a silver nail polish on one a finger but instead they put the pink I had on my other fingers with the silver on top.  My friend came with me too and her nails looked so horrible. They just threw on a design. She told them she didn't like it and they gave her an attitude. She told them she wanted a different color and different design. They didn't even take off the nail polish they just covered it with another color that was a total different shade. She told them she didn't want a design on her fingers after but they still put one on and it didn't even look good. It was slanted and looked like a child drew it on. This nail salon is a hit or miss. I've gone here because it's right down the road from my house and I do other things in this plaza pretty regularly but I've also been disappointed here more often than not. I like to give a place more than one try- especially places like this with several different service providers. I know the owner works hard to keep his customers happy but a few of the female employees are completely careless - like their only priority is to get you out the door - collect their tip and get back to that important level of Candy Crush or whatever it is that I interrupted on their tablet by walking in to get my nails done. Besides feeling like a complete inconvenience to them, I've had my Gel manicure start to crack and peel off only 3 - three - days after I got them done. I went back and they fixed it free of charge but needless to say that was the last time I went here for a mani/pedi. Wish it was a more consistent business. Read Less

The people working at this salon are very friendly. They did a good job and I have no complaints there. They don't have a huge selection of OPI or Essie, just brands that I have never seen before. I'm not typically one to publically give bad, bad reviews. But my trip to this salon left a very sour taste in my mouth. It was over priced for poor quailty of product. The staff was nice enough but for that kind of money, I need them to give me something more than a few nice words. I got a UV Gel manicure that chipped off in 2 days (without doing any extra lifting). This was definitely not worth the fee they charged for it. I've had the Gel nails before that have lasted weeks. This was just sad. I went with a friend and got pedicures and I stayed for the extra manicure. I was actually pleased with my pedicure and I felt the woman did a nice job. However, my friend recieved a sub-par pedicure at the same time, sitting right next to me. She left out steps and was not certainly not as attentive. Yet they charged me the same price for both pedicures. As for the manicure, I expected something above the basic filing and cuticle treatment. Sadly, I was not treated to such a luxory. And it took forever!  I should have expected this type of service upon walking in to the completely empty salon. As you've probably guessed, I was not happy with this experience and will not be back. I went to ct nails and spa and it was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. They were rude, dirty, had no idea what they were doing and basically threw me out because they were closing two hours before the posted hours indicated. I will never recommend them or go back there. Good for a very basic pedicure or manicure. Pretty much what you would expect from a no frills nail shop with services at this price point. They accept walk ins and the staff are friendly. A little on the slow side though. Read Less

OMG ! ALL they cared about is who did your nail before you came to them..I Found them to be extremely noisy and rude and pushy, the nail work was very messy the young man who did my nail was more intrested in playing with his hand held game system rather then do his job. the nail art was not good at all and the foot spa's are is not private at all, it's right in plain view of everyone..Totally unprofessional..
