I came in to get my brows done and have been waiting a half hour. I've been coming here for 3 years. Not only have I not even been acknowledged but two women that cane in after me have left. Unbelievable. I will not be coming here again.

Employees at this place are incredibly rude. My wife went it there to get her mom a gift card for mother’s day. Everyone saw her and she stood there for 15 minutes why they all ignored her and didn’t ...
Employees at this place are incredibly rude. My wife went it there to get her mom a gift card for mother’s day. Everyone saw her and she stood there for 15 minutes why they all ignored her and didn’t even say hello or ask what she wanted. Finally she said excuse me I need help and still nothing they just talked to each other in Spanish and continued to ignore her. Finally she just walked out and spent her money at a different place. I guess the prices are so good because the customer service is non-existent and employees are rude. Will tell everyone I know to never go there again and find a nail salon with helpful and nice staff. What a joke.

I just moved to Connecticut, and was looking for a salon to go to regularly. I went into American Nails. There was one employee, and she was with a customer. There was no one else in the building. I sat to wait my turn. Almost an hour and a half later, I had still never been acknowledged or spoken to, and was still waiting. I left.

Cheaply priced and I wonder about the sanitation methods used between uses. I got s French manicure and I wish it was more subtle an stylized to the contour and size of my nail. I won't be going back....

I just moved to Connecticut, and was looking for a salon to go to regularly. I went into American Nails. There was one employee, and she was with a customer. There was no one else in the building.
