PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT THIS PLACE. They DO NOT deserve service. My sister was INSULTED by a man who did her nails she said he owned the place. This place is terrible, I got my nails done with gel and the lady only painted 3/4 of my nail. You could see that each nail was missing some nail polish and she would not fix it . She said that if I turn it the other way you can't see it , my friend got a pedicure and she cut her nail crooked so she asked if she could fix it and she refused to. This place is horrible the service is terrible, the people are rude and ignorant. The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because there isn't one less. I suggest going to sweety's and going to victor, that's where I've been going and if you pay with cash they give you a card for money off the next time you come. That's the only good nail salon I know and they're not expensive. Read Less

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service. Older gentleman grabbed my hand and pushed it into the UV gel polish machine when I politely asked him to give me an extra coat of polish because the gel was thin and the coat appeared uneven on both hands. He began to become agitated and speak to female co worker in Korean about it in front of me and began to push my hands and insist that I was wrong about the polish on my own hands. This place is HORRIBLE. They don't use the right tools. I paid 28 dollars for a pedicure that lasted one day. Two of my nails broke & my paint was chipping off. They have bad attitudes & they cut off a piece of my meat on my finger with clippers & I was gushing blood & the person laughed about it. My nails look so bad & I gave them my hard working money & they give me some BS. Will not be going there again. Read Less

HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERYONE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️, this was the worst customer service I'v received in my entire life, I called 30 mins before I came I told them what I wanted they agreed, I came in they did my pedicure I didn't like the color I asked for a different one they didn't want to do it, she already started doing my nails she stopped doing it, she took off all the acrilic nails. And took my money to pay, I told her to give me my money back if she is not going to change the color on my feet. She said no, so then I told her I will call the cops if she don't because I'm not paying for a service that I don't like, so then she changed the color and left my hands as it was. I love this nail place I just wish they would move to a individual store front. I shouldn't have to climb through a forest of 'people' monsters just to get to the oasis of Star Nails.
