I had to find a new stylist very last minute. Literally researched, stalked and perused over all of Posh's and Joii's social media pictures and reviews late, late Thursday night into Friday morning, looking to book a Saturday morning appointment. Impossible? Not even close. Booking is incredibly easy and all electronic. I had to secure with a $45 down payment and i was ready to go, with a confirmation email. The next day I called right away to confirm and then a few hou...rs later I received a call from the receptionist to confirm again. Really professional first impression. Saturday early afternoon I arrived for my appointment. I was really impressed by the layout and decor of the shop and while i had to wait a little bit, it was nice to see other ladies walking out happy with their results. It defintely set my mind at ease. Joii greeted myself and my daughter (who I brought along for moral support and a second opinion lol) very warmly and friendly. She made a point to listen to what I wanted as well as provide her expert opinion on how I can get even better results. Joii was a professional all around. She completed my hair, in a timely fashion and it looked INCREDIBLE. I am so pleased, and have officially found my new stylist. I was not happy with the ponytail that I had done. The girl couldn't do the ponytail I showed her a picture of and she used someone else's hair for my bang and didn't tell me. Not only was it a different texture, but it was a different color. I do hair myself and if I cannot do what you are asking me to do, I will let you know and I feel that she should have told me she couldn't do what I asked her to do. Lesson learned and money lost. Eyelashes are a no go glue in eye glue everywhere on eyelashes false and real they were hard all sticking together it was horrible I tried not to hurt young girl feeling but it was horrible very disappointed my sis got her hair done ask for specific hair cut the back was shaved all the way down uneven it was permed still nappy looking a lot of young girls working there they need more practice never coming back here and my comment was deleted Read Less

This is the worst hair salon I've ever been to I made an appointment with the owner keya. The shampoo girl took me to the sink to wash my hair (I'm natural) and she thought it would be a good idea to detangle my hair dry.  She was overwhelmed by the amount of hair I had and ask me to detangle it because it was a lot. Right then and there I should have left but instead I gently combed my hair out better me then her ripping it out. Then she washed my hair and sat me in the chair to be blown out and pressed. I sat there thinking keya the actual stylist that I made an appointment with going to service me instead the shampoo girl proceeds to blow dry my hair and literally ripped sections of my hair because she didn't detangle my hair after the wash and condition. Another stylist was watching this struggle and came over and finished up the blow drying process and flat ironed my hair but by then the damage was done I had so much breakage especially in the crown of my hair. Meanwhile the owner keya just watched and socialized with family members the whole time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this salon they know nothing about hair care. Read Less
