Well i had a aycrlic over lay for a full month now. No chipped paint or broken nails. So what if it’s crowded or the wait is long. Don’t have a attitude with them because you waiting long be patience....

all I can say is that i will never go back to that place ever again, I'm from Brooklyn NY...I moved over here about 6 months ago my bestfriend actually brought me to that salon..the first time it was a guy who did my nails it was good ...there's this jamaican lady who did my pedicure her chair is by the restroom and she did a great job...I did my nails today and i wanted to cry because my nails were looking so ugly ..I didn't say much cause I hate arguing with people but I will never go back after today

Whatever ghetto hood rat work last week on sataurday was horrendous. Alla my nails broke within a day, n they wouldn't fix them for free, sayin i damaged em on porpoise. Bs, just serves me right for goin to a diffrent salon. I'm just gonna stay with my girl Vin, at least when she make a mistake she fix it n apologize and respekt full!

Brilliant - didn’t drill the nails within an inch of their lives like some other places and Lee did an amazing job, was friendly and smiley! Will definitely be back.

Ann is very rude. To be honest, she’s always been rude. They do nails well but they lack common customer service. I would drive from Surrey and be spoken to in such an unpleasant manner. Having done my nails at this store for over 15 years & knew the previous owners well, I’m never coming back here until they leave. Terrible service and I will make sure everyone I know never comes here again.

If you find a nail tech you are comfortable with and does a great job do not let anyone else "help" you. I called prior to coming to ensure Bill would have time because they do not do appointments. Long story short Kathy decided to "help" instead of soaking the gel overlay off mt natural nails she ripped then off using a nail tip and with that took a layer of nail off as welk as all the length I had. I paid her for her "services" but I'm definitely not going back anytime soon. I'm going to try to find a new place.

I posted a picture of my nails after about 3 weeks. Not bad. Of course I had to reapply a little nail polish Bc I couldn't find the time to go do my nails. But the place is not bad. Regular pedicure with design is like $ 16 which is less expensive than most places in Bridgeport and Stratford where I live. The male pedicurists are very good. I do my eyebrows. There too. One Chinese lady was very rough on my eyebrows. I don't know her name but I promise never have her touch me again.Word of advice, if possible avoid going there on Saturday, way too crowded. Go there weekdays, mornings preferably.

Having done my nails at this store for over 15 years & knew the previous owners well, I’m never coming back here until they leave.
