Got a gel manicure on Sunday of this past week. It already chipped by the second day and now (Friday) the gel is peeling on one of my nails. It's been less than a week and my GEL manicure isn't holding up. I've had gel manicures last 3-4 weeks before showing wear and tear from other salons so, to me, this is unacceptable. My experience was horrible they were too slow. the gentleman (Kevin)that was taking care of me was extremely aggressive he also didn’t know what he was doing; left my nails terribly looking. Went there twice both times polish came off my toes next day first time didn't have time to go back second time I did go back lady was basically saying I didn't get my toes done there until I pointed out the girl who did them ..told her this was not first time didnt seem to Care. I would not even give one star . Definitely a horrible experience. Went in for a regular pedicure and when I tell you the guy was done in fifteen minutes. I could have done a better job. My heels look horrible and nails all uneven. Then to top it off it came to $26 and change and I was given back one five and four singles but they argue with me saying no they gave me two five . They looked at the camera and the camera shows him taking two bills from the fives and three single...s but the bill under the top five was a single not a five. All the employees stood at the front desk looking and talking in Chinese like it was a hundred dollar bill or something. Because they were still saying they gave me two five I wasn't going to argue all day over $5.00 I will never go there ever again . Alot of people told me they weren't​a good nail salon but I gave them the benefit or doubt and definitely should have listened cause they suck. I'm a bit disappointed after only a week my Gel manicure have chipped and is cracking. This is the first time I have experienced this, but this is also the first time I went to this salon. The price was $30 which is about$8 more than I have ever paid for gel manicure. So this doesn't help that it was overpriced and only lasted a week. The first chip happens two days later! Out of all the places I've ever gone to get my nails done, I've never heard a pricing strategy quite like this place:Gel fill=$45Gel fill w/ regular polish=$45Gel fill w/gel polish=$45Gel French manicure fill=$45......... it's usually cheapest with regular polish, about $10 more for gel polish and THEN about extra $5 for French-  am I right?? I dunno, seems like they were hell bent on getting that $45 no matter what lolBUT, the nail tech I had did do a decent job-  but it was just way over priced..... and if you want gems, you can only choose between silver and pink..... and also outta a small pile of gaudy looking flowers..... TONS of choices j/kIn my opinion, if you are willing to pay a bit more than other places in the area, and you want something basic, this is a good place.  But if you want good prices with more elaborate choices for designs-  go somewhere else. **and even though they have a sign up that says for you to "enjoy your free back massage with nail service"- they say they don't.   Go figure. This is an awful establishment with terrible customer service. They are incredibly unfriendly and talk to each in their language non-stop. And it's not just to the person next to them; they shout across the room. There's a sign saying enjoy your 10 minute free massage and no one came over to massage me. Horrible experience. Staff did not understand any English and spent the whole time talking to other staff members. My Mani/Pedi was terrible and I had to go to another salon 3 days later to be fixed. I went in for french acrylics, they didn't even have the powder. She quickly glued the nails on then painted the French tip. No gel and it was 45 bucks. They chipped and turned a weird color the next day. The worst experience ever! Read Less

Mediocre. The salon itself is nice, but they have a lot of the same nail colors. The nail job I received was horrible! I could have done a MUCH better job at home. She didn't even color my nail to the cuticle and ripped at my cuticles the whole time. They don't give free massages either, that's a lie. Not worth it! Not enough employees for the amount of chairs! Made an appointment with my friend for 5:30 pm. We were not called until 6:10, after several people had already left from waiting too long. We both wanted the mani / pedi for $25.00. They rushed through both of us, not speaking to us at all. It was not a relaxing pedicure. While waiting at the manicure station, the man that I had decided to go do a brow waxing, so I had to sit and wait another 10 minutes while my friend was quickly finished. They tried to over charge us after we clearly stated what we wanted, and after we left, noticed our nails were completely jagged and polish came off the next day. The pedicure polish was horrible as well, not putting a second coat on leaving the polish practically transparent. My first and last time their ! As clean as the place is the staff is awful ! They missed the second step in my nails and this other woman went on to step three , when the woman found out that my nails never had the top Harding coat under the uv light she basically got mad at me for letting her staff did what she did to my nails and told me she could not fix it ( I thought just take a little nail polish remove and correct the problem ) then she said I was free to go and walked away after I had already paid ... So my nail polish came right off about four hours later and I need to go get them fix tomorrow at another place ... And they do not wash their hands in between Clint's . Yuck !!!!!! Read Less
