My mom and I wanted to get mani/pedis for a wedding. We walked in on Saturday morning without appointments and they were able to squeeze us in about an hour later. There's tons to do in the general vicinity, so that was no big deal. The place is flawlessly clean, and the ladies made us feel very special. For a good chunk of time, we were the only people there so it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing!! The leg/foot/hand/shoulder massages were excellent. The nail polish selection was wonderful as well. We're from out of town, but we are seriously considering driving all the way back down just to go back! Very highly recommended!! Read Less

Anna did a great job on my pedicure and even insisted on an extra coat of polish to make sure the color looked its best. I'll come back when I have more time for their fancier spa pedicure. Only drawback was that most of the stations were not massage chairs but they were still comfy. Read Less

This place is amazing! I've been going here for over a year... Can't believe there are no other reviews! Hands down best nail salon I have ever been to. I've been to many places where I've seen unsanitized, unclean tools (cuticle cutters with previous customers skin them... eeek) very old nail polish, unsanitary foot baths- just to cut costs. Not this place! They are so clean, so friendly. They use great products and they make sure you are comfortable. Beautiful salon and totally affordable. I've been here a few times and had a good experience but my last visit was disappointing. We paid $45 plus tax for the pearl spa pedicure - mine lasted 45 minutes and my moms about 30. Neither pedicures were worth the $45. More importantly, the experience was just not good. I called a few days ahead to make an appointment for my mom and I to both get pedicures at 10 am. We got there at 10 and there was one man working; he had just started a pedicure. No other employees in sight. Two more customers walked in, both with appointments. The four of us sat there until two more employees (a man and a woman) showed up, a little after 10 am. The woman employee told my mom and I to sit and filled our basins. She started my pedicure as my mom sat there...waiting. By this time, another employee had showed up, and presumably was supposed to be handling my moms pedicure, but unfortunately she was too busy with one of the disgruntled customers that had an appointment. By the time she got to my mom, it was nearly 10:20. The owner finally showed up at 10:30, completely ignored the disgruntled customer, and began working on the other woman that had been waiting since 10 am for her appointment. Read Less

My husband and I made an appointment for pedicures, and I'm delighted to say that they were ready for us when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the color choices were plentiful, and the place looked very clean. I was disappointed to see that they use the jetted foot tubs - awful for hygiene. We've been trying to find a place that doesn't have those, but it seems almost impossible to do that around here.In terms of service and quality, this place is wonderful. Read Less

I love these ladies!!!! The place is so cute and clean inside it makes you not want to leave! The girls working are very helpful and will do their best to achieve what you want. Cindy, the owner, is amazing and sweet. She can do almost anything you want and is stocked with new trendy things like foils and studs. Highly recommend for a gel mani, designs, and a relaxing pedi! Love love love this place!! All of the employees are so friendly and they all do an amazing job. I've moved out of the area and this salon is one of the things I've missed the most. However, I used to drive 20 minutes from West Hartford just for a manicure. I fell in love when they did my wedding nails and jezebel (I believe that is her name) wrote "I do" in cursive on my ring finger and "love" on my right ring finger.  She was so attentive and is very very creative.This place is a gem! I started coming here in the summer when they had a living social deal and have been back many times!  This is by far the nicest nail salon in the area.  I drive from West Hartford because everyone is so friendly, the place is beautiful and there is lots of free parking.  Highly recommend The Nail Lounge!!!! I've been to nail lounge 4 times since they opened in July 2013 and this is my new go-to salon.  It's modern, clean, and the staff is friendly and professional.  I really like the decorating and layout, they also offer free wifi which is a plus.  I've only had mani-pedis here so far so I can't comment on their other services, but I know they also offer waxing.
