Horrible nail job! She had her apprentice practice on my nails and the apprentice forgot to put the primer on. After seeing my facial expression, Lily then she decided to finish my nails only to continue doing a horrible job. She may be good at nail designing but not at applying acrylic, filing, shaping or applying nail polish. Piling on a bunch of rheinstones does NOT make one a nail tech! And An expensive one at that! Be aware....... VERY PRICEY!

I love getting my nails done at Lily’s . She is the only nail salon In Ansonia that knows how to shape my nails. I come to lily with different nail design every time , and not once has she told me she couldn’t do the designs. Everywhere I go I get great compliments on my nails. 😘😘😘

Horrible job had to go somewhere else to get fixed I asked for coffin shape and got box wide shaped none of the nail shape matched each other didn’t even file excess acrylic around or under nail went back next day to get gel polish back on after having the other place file them correctly and throw polish on till I went back to her and she tried to charge me again.. I will never go back there horrible horrible job on top of having an attitude with me cause she didn’t do it right lol bad experience

The manager is very disresptful and rude. She talks about everybody and does horrible nails. Nail Polish is no good chips very quickly.. Bad customer service...

HORRIBLE nail salon! Worst one in the valley!! Nails were cut so short they hurt and were red. I was told the price was $15 on the phone I was charged $26. My nails were horrible I was in the salon for over two hours. Such a waste. My friend even took her own gel manicure off because they couldn't get it together and do it themselves. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !

My new favorite place! I highly recommend Lily. I had to travel to Hamden to get my nails done from her. So glad she is back in Ansonia! She is amazing!

Horrible nail job! She had her apprentice practice on my nails and the apprentice forgot to put the primer on. After seeing my facial expression, Lily then she decided to finish my nails only to continue doing a horrible job. She may be good at nail designing but not at applying acrylic, filing, shaping or applying nail polish. Piling on a bunch of rheinstones does NOT make one a nail tech! And An expensive one at that! Horrible job had to go somewhere else to get fixed I asked for coffin shape and got box wide shaped none of the nail shape matched each other didn’t even file excess acrylic around or under nail went back next day to get gel polish back on after having the other place file them correctly and throw polish on till I went back to her and she tried to charge me again.. I will never go back there horrible horrible job on top of having an attitude with me cause she didn’t do it right lol bad experience

HORRIBLE nail salon! Worst one in the valley!! Nails were cut so short they hurt and were red. I was told the price was $15 on the phone I was charged $26. My nails were horrible I was in the salon for over two hours. Such a waste. My friend even took her own gel manicure off because they couldn't get it together and do it themselves. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !
