I don't know why this place has bad reviews, I went there today for the first time and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and cleanliness displayed here! I will be coming here more often and would definitely recommend it to friends. Very nice people and a relaxing environment. This was hands down the worst experience with getting my nails done that I have ever had, I left mid appointment and went to another salon where I had to pay to have the mess on my nails soaked off and a whole new set applied! Seriously the worst! Read Less

I enjoy going to this nail salon... I've never had any issues with them and they do a great job their cat eye shellac is awesome although it costs a little extra. They offer 5% off if you pay with cash! Read Less

Walked in wasn't greeted for several minutes then put in a chair to soak for my pedicure and 30 minutes later still hadn't been started on and the owner (the male) was rude when I asked how much longer it would be...so left and won't go back...never did get my pedicure. Read Less

Every time I have gotten my nails or toes done here, which has only been a handful of times, my manicure or pedicure has only lasted a day or so. I follow all care instructions and don't do anything to ruin my nails. Unfriendly, over priced, and awful quality. I'm taking my hard earned money some where else, and quite frankly, you should too. Never. Again! My nails look absolutely horrible, I'm typing this with bloody figures. I'm actually embarrassed to go to work tomorrow. I'm new to the area and had no idea where.  Went to them for a peti and it was done very well.  The place was clean and the staff was great.  I started a conversation with Tim (the guy who did my peti) and he totally opened up and had us all laughing.Other reviews gave them a bad score and they must be really petty and impatient.  I would recommend them to any one.Also those who did the complaining have never had anything done in California..where they don't speak any English. I hesitated to try this place because of the reviews it had but I was rushed for time so I went anyway. I am really confused by the ratings. The staff were all very friendly, the prices are totally reasonable (I'm not paying $65 for a hoity-toity hair salon pedi) and they did a great job on my toes. I love this salon. I always have people complimenting my nails and asking where I get them done. I'm happy to send them here. My nails aren't always perfect (I get acrylics), but Tim and Von and their staff are always willing to take care of me. I also get pedicures frequently and am very happy with the results. They are very busy, so I recommend making an appointment rather than just walking in. In Windsor, for my money, they are the best! Read Less

I've given this place so many chances, mainly because they are close.  I think today is the last straw.  Went in for a quick mani, I was in a hurry.  4 nail techs, 3 customers, the available nail tech was on his phone playing a game.  I picked out my color and then waited for him to get to a stopping point in his game for me to be seated at a table.  Then I had to sit there while he played his game some more before he could begin my manicure.  Once he did get started on my nails I never got a hi, how's your day going, not anything... in fact thru the entire experience the only thing this kid said to me was 'go wash your hands'.  When I was ready to pay for my 'service' (and I use that term loosely here) he once again had to be summoned from his game to charge my card.  You have to be exceptionally rude to not get even a dollar tip from me.  I put a big ole goose egg for a tip and told him next time if he were to put his phone down he might get a tip from me.I also have had rude customer service from the male owner of this place.Peace out!  I'm done here!
