I hate to leave a bad review because the staff was extremely nice, but my nails are awful for how much I had to pay. I asked for coffin shaped nails and got no where near what I asked for, plus the polish wrinkled in the uv light and instead of fixing it she just put the top coat on and called it good. $65 for coffin shaped nails when the website says $40 and they were done terribly. Poor customer service and quality! I waited for 15 minutes while nails soaked in solution without any interaction with staff or communication about how long I would be waiting. My nails were damaged by the dremmel. Within 30 of leaving the dallin, my gel nail split and with 3 hours two other nails peeled. Had to have them "touched up the next day" and one week later another nail broke and peeled. I am not doing anybexcessive activity to cause this and no different than a manicure from a different shop which lasted three weeks with no chipping or breaking. Will not go back! Their website is not consistent with what there real prices are. Also the website says it comes with a lot more for the pedicures than it actually does. I got the deluxe pedicure and it didn't come with the mask treatment or the socks and I found that out after I paid for it! Also my sister got a euro pedicure but it didn't come with the scrub gel. I have been a regular customer here at Cherry's Nails since 2010, Cherry and her staff have done an absolute outstanding job since I have been coming here. They have been so kind, they do what exactly I want my nails or toe nails to look like (: Mary, and Tony have done a great job as well when they do my nails!! Cherry has always had time to squeeze me in if she doesn't have time, she always finds me a opening to what works best for me. Cherry always takes her time on doing nails, she also makes them look very professional. There staff has been on time, never late. The staff there is very professional, and friendly. Tonight Cherry had picked the perfect color for my nails for Windsor's prom tomorrow night. Even with these 5 stars, there should be 10 because they are a five star nail solan. I don't leave bad reviews ever even if the service was bad but what people are saying and giving it five stars is very misleading! The worst place ever!!! Will definitely never go back! And will never be recommending at all! I don't know how people even say it is 5 stars in the first place! I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed because they messed up my acrylics so badly! My stepdaughter is getting married on Saturday and wanted to get her nails done.  I looked on line for nail places since I haven't been to any and told her Cherry's nails had good ratings so we scheduled for her, her bridesmaids and I to get manicures.  Cherry was going to do brides nails and bride asked for  a French manicure.  Turned out Cherry was sick(coughing), and bride was worried about catching something to do pand she did pink nail bed with the white tips.  She charged her $45!!!  None of us had underneath the nails cleaned and the tips weren't smooth.  It was very disappointing and she's not happy with her nails. Worst acrylic set ever!!!! went in yesterday getting ready for my friends wedding this weekend. The service was terrible!!! I called ahead and asked how long it would take for a pedicure and acrylics. In broken English the gentlemen said 45 minutes. So I got there right at 2, they sat me down at the pedicure station. I waited for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged again. The water went from to hot to very cold. When I commented about this the gentleman pretended not to understand. He did proceed to do a very nice french manicure on my toes. Then I went to the manicure station where the owner was talking on the phone the entire time she worked on me. I mentioned I anted less white on the tips, she scoffed and said they cannot do that. Then I commented on the fact several nails looked crooked.. She again scoffed and said it was the lights. So now I am stuck with this awful set until I can have it removed in two weeks.. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE QUALITY OR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I would give no stars if I could. Read Less

I went in for a change of shellac polish on the nails.  I got an uneven gloppy mess. Cherry gave me  the hard sell for a pedicure.  I decided to go for it.  The polish only lasted a week before peeling off.  I called and complained and still have not heard back from the owner. Read Less

Worst mani/pedi ever! I have contacted the owner with no response. Basically all they did was paint the nails. And that did not last. The owner had her 4 month old baby there and he was not happy. She had to attend to him pretty much the whole time we were there. And she was very rude to her help. We did not get what we wanted and what we got wasn't good. Read Less

Cherry really pressures you to book your next one, then whines when you can't make it. She doesn't listen to what I want, such as making the length short enough and then adding more white. When I call for an appointment for that day, she acts like she is all booked up, then tells me to hold on, pretends to click over to the other line, then says, How about 2:30 I just had a cancellation? As a person she is nice, and her salon is clean, and she is gentle, but my nails always lifted, a problem I have never had before. I will not be going back again. Read Less
