I waited to review this place until I'd been a few times. I've gotten pedis, manis and a full-set. I've gone alone, with one kiddo and once with a group of four. I've gone as a drop-in and I've scheduled appointments. I've been really pleased after each and every visit! The prices are also quite reasonable and the work has always been great! Today I went in for a rebase and once I left, I noticed that I'd messed up 3-4 nails. I called to see how much it would be to have the nails fixed and they said NO CHARGE-nobody says that anymore! I'm not sure who all the bad reviewers are, but MAYBE they were just having a bad day when they went in, because this place has been CONSISTENTLY good! Read Less

Most of the time I've been in and out here with quality service. Bring my daughters and they are kind and helpful. One time I had the absolute BEST foot and leg rubs by one of their pedicure staff members! Kept me coming back wanting more! Recently I did experience a long long wait once I got placed in the pedi chair , which was unusual but they did seem to be slammed with business, so making an appointment is probably best. Read Less

Recently moved to the area & stopped by on a Friday afternoon with my roommates. We all wanted different things but were all helped within less than 5 minutes. I just got a simple gel manicure and the girl that helped me (not sure of her name, but college age) was very friendly and did a great job! She really took her time with cutting/filing my nails and trimming my cuticles and any other dead skin. She also did a really even job with the color. Decently affordable, will be stopping by again!! Came in twice now and I'm just not impressed. Both times I've paid $40-$50 for a "deluxe pedicure" and didn't feel like it was worth it. I wear sandals almost everyday and I let them know I need to get the calluses removed and both times they have scrubbed my feet for 1 minute and called it good. I don't even know if they are using a callus remover. The deluxe package "specializes in removing calluses" yet I still have dirt on the bottom of my feet and 1 inch thick calluses! Really?? For $40 my feet should be clean and smooth. To boot today I came in and the man doing my pedi tore my false big toe nail off and didn't say anything and then while they fixed it the entire time I felt beyond uncomfortable because they were talking about it in a different language. When the woman who I believe was the owner/manager was applying the nail she kept taking phone calls and was being really rough and hurting my toe, there was a point I had to pull my foot back because she was stabbing me with the fake nail. Then when I finally got done and ready to leave the same woman pressured me to get my nails rebased until I finally got an attitude and told her I would be going somewhere else. I went in today and my overall experience was pretty good, the girls were very nice and the finished product was good. But they did have us waiting for over 20 minutes and assisted the 4 girls that got there after I did which made my total time there over 3 hours. The best place to get your nails done in Arvada and in the Denver metro area. Staff  is amazing. I've been there only a handful of times bc I am new to Arvada. Tried other nail salons, but the other salons water down their product with alcohol so it doesn't last as long. Top Pro Nails does not do that. Their products last longer than any place I've ever gone to. My shellac nails last 3 to 5 weeks. However, I get the pink and white so when my nails grow it's not so obvious. Cindy and Judy are amazing people. Everyone working there are so warm hearted and caring. Cindy and/or Judy have been doing my nails for years. They remember what I like and help me make a decision if I'm stuck on a color. You are honestly treated like family from the moment you walk in and the moment you walk out. I can't say enough about their character. Everyone working there are the same and that starts from the warm hearted owner Cindy. She hires good quality people. I went here yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure ...the man who was working was the person who did my pedi! I have to say it was the best foot rub that I've ever had- he took his time and rubbed my legs and toes forever - I was in heaven -The lady who did my mani was very friendly and chatted with me the whole time ...They really push the gelish/shellac - I mean hard!! LolMy nails are damaged so I politely declined this time ..maybe the next time ..All in all I liked coming here and will come back - it was 50.00 for deluxe mani/pedi just so you know ..Try it if your in this hood !!
