This is my favorite nail shop in Denver and believe me, I've been to a few after 46 years in Denver. "Dan" is the guy who usually makes my nails beautiful. I have tried with this place so many times. I like to plan my days so I make an appointment with Kim. I always have to wait at least half an hour. I am always on time and always tip at least 20 percent. Showed up today and she kept taking back waxing appointments and passed me off to someone new. Done. Terrible customer service :( Read Less

I just moved so I google searched the nearest nail salon made an appointment, Jordan got me right in and my nails look amazing. Not only was he super fast but he is very personable and did a great job on the shape and thickness. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and I will be going back for my next rebase! I've always had a good experience here and have been coming here for over a year. They always greet me when I come in and I usually don't have to wait too long. There was one time where I wasn't happy with my nails, I came back and they took care of it right away. The price is good too. Read Less

Like many other people here, I had issues with my shellac manicure peeling off within 24 hours. My thumb went first, so I went in to have it fixed. Within hours, three fingers on my right hand chipped. Incredibly disappointed. Complete waste of money--will not be returning! 0/10 Read Less

I love this place ! I originally went here to get Gel odd from another salon. The owner is nice and outgoing. I came back for a gel manicure for a Holiday Party. Kayla did my nails. she was very friendly and hardworking. The amount of time and detail to my nails was greatly appreciated. I will be spreading the word and coming back ! Read Less

They seriously do the worst job ever! I came in Saturday morning to get shellac on my nails and by Monday the shellac was completely off and when I went in to ask for a refund on Monday since hey don't open on sundays they said it was my fault because I work "too" much! Read Less

I got a pedicure here this morning and it was a great experience! Lots of smiles and greetings as I walked in. It was clean and I felt comfortable. She did a wonderful job! My toes look great. Saw this shop while we were out grocery shopping. I almost didn't go in because the door was a bit dirty. I admit it, I'm a bit of a germ freak. That's because I seem to be allergic to so much. They are expanding. The shop is older and currently not much to look at. That being said. They do use plastic covers for the foot baths. Always a plus in my book. They are friendly. Walked in on a Saturday and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour and a half, I had to leave with naked nails because I had anther appointment I didn't want to be late to. The staff continually told me "just another minute." I should have known this was not a reputable salon based on how dirty, crowded, and chaotic the environment is. Overall, I really can't complain about this place. I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment time and saw that the place was super busy and there was already someone else waiting. I thought "ok, this is the first test." Right away, the owner saw me and told me to pick a color, which I did. I sat down for about 2 minutes and I heard the owner tell one of the employees to take me first. Awesome - passed that test :) I hate when salons ignore appointments. Clearly, this place does not. I was promptly seated and given a menu of pedicures - also a nice touch. It's helpful to know prices before agreeing to anything. I selected the spa pedicure - a $5 premium over the basic pedicure. Let me tell you - totally worth the $30. The tech took quite a bit of time cleaning my cuticles, and massaging my legs with a sugar scrub, then a salt scrub, then a hot stone, and finally a moisturizer. It was extensive, and paired with their massage chairs, super relaxing. My manicure was a little more basic but for $14, I wouldn't complain. That's one of the best prices I've seen in town. Overall, my cuticles were cleaned and my nails were properly shaped, although the nail polish application left a little to be desired. But it was $44 for 90 minutes of pampering. Definitely worth it. Well priced. Super sweet staff, and usually can squeeze in walk-ins. If you're looking for a luxurious spa experience/ambiance this won't be your spot, but it's a nice neighborhood salon to keep up your look, and they have been willing to take on my fun requests i.e. Super Bowl Nails. Read Less

I was hesitant when I first walked in because the place was crowded with kids running around. I have some mixed feelings but I'll probably come back and try it again. I got a pedicure and loved getting my feet wrapped in the hot wax! Thought it was weird they massaged with gloves on the whole time (come on I'm not that dirty!) they did a decent job with the polish I'll come back because I really enjoyed the massage part of it(would have been better without the gloves) the place is a little small and stuffy. I've FINALLY found a place that can do silk wrap nails properly in my neighborhood! Rejoice! It's a bonus that they are always so pleasant and friendly. Great service. I came in around 2:30 on a Monday and was seated right away. The staff was friendly. I had Kim do my pedicure and she was detail oriented and friendly. Great hot stone massage. The aesthetics of the salon are not top notch. But they are very clean and not too pushy with sales. I did the deluxe pedicure for $35 which included the regular pedi with extra leg massage and hot stones. Manicure was $11 for a basic manicure and hand massage. I also had my eyebrows shaped for $9. Love this place! I used to live close by so it was convenient. I now live a good 20-25 minutes away and still come here. They do a great job and you never hardly have to wait, even if you're a walk-in. My pedicure usually lasts 3-4 weeks and it's super affordable.
