I've gone here twice. The first time my nails came off within a week and they didn't want to fix them until I made a big deal about it and they tried to say Its my fault I got them to long. I know that's not the case because I've been getting my nails done for years and never have this problem. I then decided to give them a second chance with just a different lady. The second time was even more frustrating. They told me they couldn't do a simple design and then proceeded to try a different design which I wasn't quit okay with. My nails were supposed to be white and came out a yellowish color. When I pointed it out she obviously made a comment about it to the other workers in Chinese or whatever the hell it is they speak. I recently moved to the area and needed a one stop shop for waxing lashes and nails I have found Tia Who is truly amazing at work not only is she thorough and takes pride in anything that she does but she truly is an artist she has so far worked on my nails toes and lashes also brows and each service is amazing she is one of those techs I don’t have to second-guess at all I definitely will be a reoccurring client if you’re looking for someone who does amazing work on nails pedicure is lashes and browa look no further than Venus nails!!! Always so kind and fun. Very chatty and make great conversation so as to not make the visit awkward or boring. I only visit these lovely gals and guys because they make me feel welcome. I’ve never had a bad experience both with them doing my nails (Fingers and toes) as well as with waxing (lip and brows!). Some times the wait is a bit long but I’d rather wait a bit longer on my day off than get rushed in and out with services that leave much to be desired. I recommend these guys 100%. Read Less

I decided to go here, because it was closer than my usual nail salon and I was in a hurry. The place is very nice and sanitary. However, the manicure was horrible. Probably the worst manicure I've ever received. I went for a shellac manicure, as usual. There was nail polish on my skin, and when I asked the technician to clean it up, she got upset. There is extra dead skin visible, and the polish started peeling and chipping within a couple of days. I had to go back to my regular nail salon within 4 days to get it all redone. Waste of money. By far the worst nail salon I ever been too. My pedicure didn't even last a few hours. Very unprofessional and not comfortable definitely ruin my nails for my birthday. I had them fix my pedicure twice before I left and it still came out really bad. The lady was rough with my manicure made me bleed and was very rude the whole time doing my nails. Went to Venus Nails for the first time last week and the stylist who did my pedicure was rude and barely said one word to me. However, the worst part was the pedicure itself. She destroyed my cuticles and one of my toes still hurts today- 4 days later. I have a huge red swelling area on my big toe. I've researched the symptoms and most likely have paronychia- an infection due to severely damaging the cuticles and the area around the nail. It supposedly takes 5-10 days to heal. I will say my sister went with me and her stylist did a fine job and she had no problems but I will NOT be returning here ever. Read Less

I wanna start off by saying that Venus Nails switched ownership & unfortunately have horrible reviews from the previous ownership but since the new ownership came into play, it is honestly one of THE very best nail salons in this area. I have been to the majority of the nail salons in Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield, Fort Collins & Longmont. I searched for a very long time to find my tried & true salon. I finally came across Venus Nails & I have never gone to another salon for the past year & I will continue to go here. My acrylic nails are always done how I want them. I've never had a crooked nail, they have never over filed my natural nails & my shellac lasts for weeks without getting dull. The pedicures have always been great & not overly rough. If you happen to have a problem, speak up, they WILL make it right. Here's the best part, THEY SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS & USE PROPER PRACTICE FOR A NAIL SALON. That's rare to find in salons lately. Tia is my favorite but I've gotten my nails done by almost every employee there & ive never had a problem. I highly recommend Venus Nails, seriously give them a try, they recently did some redecorating & organizing & it looks so sleek & inviting now! Extremely expensive!! I didn't even get a full pedicure from my technician. She messed up my toes and didn't even put lotion on my legs, which is the best part. The staff was very nice, but not willing to admit to their mistakes. I paid $40 for a half done pedicure. Definitely not going back. Read Less

4 stars for the "ultimate pedicure" .. good place to get your toes done. I haven't been fond of their manicures, however - they have been rough with my cuticles and made me bleed. Don't expect a lovely high end salon because it's not .. but for a strip mall shop it's not terrible. Read Less

Disgusted. I asked for a gel rebase and was told yes only to have them pull out acrylic powder. Cut down way too much. Daughter's nails didn't get fully polished. If you are a perfectionist and don't want to be lied to, don't go here. Read Less

Friendly services , great staffs! Prices are reasonable, great silk- wrap job! My French shellac last to almost 5 weeks! Not to meantion to have wonderful service the younge girl there offered to fix my toes polish until I was happy with the color even when it my fault! I have recommend many of my wo-workers and friends to this salon! So if you looking for a great nails job and friendly staffs whose speak English come and check out this place you'll love it!
