I was a paying customer on July 12th 2018. I came in asking for a full set of nails, but first let me say I called before I came in and asked how much a full set was due to the fact that I never really get my nails done. She told me $35 for a full set with the gel nail polish. I get here and then I'm told after she's already doing my nails and after a long wait that it's going to be $5 more because I chose for them to be long and $5 more for I have no idea why walking out the door$55. Well then I get outside but at this point it's already almost 4: 30 being there for an hour and a half later there's a pouch 1/4 CM gap. I come back today to have it fixed willing to pay to have it fixed by the way and let them know that when I made the appointment yesterday I get told oh she'll do it with the very angry face but she will have to take the whole thing off and redo everything really so that means I would have to pay another $35 another $5 and another $5 for Crappie work that needed to be redone by the employee ladies gentlemen do not ever come to this place customer service is great and that's the only reason why I gave her a tip and if I would have known about the crappy work before that it would have been a lot less than $15 tip so overall it was $70 but I didn't want to include the tip

This place used to be good for getting your nails done. The past few times my nails have come out god awful and today was my last time going there. Not even 8 hours & my nail polish is already coming off. I will be going in tomorrow & asking for my money back.

I have been to Legacy a few times now. Both for pedicures and acrylic nails as well as gel . I have been very satisfied every time I’ve come. The ladies are super sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend it. They have fast wait times and do a great job.

After reading numerous reviews about legacy nail I finally wanted to give it a try. I had lisa, very nice woman. My nails how ever, I wish I could have my money back. She put the tip on my index fing...
After reading numerous reviews about legacy nail I finally wanted to give it a try. I had lisa, very nice woman. My nails how ever, I wish I could have my money back. She put the tip on my index finger cut and sized and I mentioned, hey this is extremely crooked. She said once she files it'll be ok. After filing and filing I told her again it is still crooked. She completely ignored it. She cut my fingers with the dermal to wear I was non stop bleeding and continued working. I won't be returning period

Absolutely amazing service. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile and friendly service. When there is a long wait, they make sure you know you aren't forgotten. The manicure and pedicure I received were phenomenal. Amazing massages and friendly conversation makes the experience even better. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend trying it out if you have never been.

Love this place Quyhn is the best. Just had powder done for the first time and absolutely love it. My nails are thin and brittle and they feel so strong and natural.

Quynh is the best ever! The best salon owner, the best nail tech, the best ever! Legacy Nails has recently been remodeled and is very clean, spacious and offers so many choices for nail colors and types. I have had manicures and pedicures done, shellac only and acrylic. I have never been disappointed with a service and the prices are fair. Every staff member is great at nails so I can go in to my appointments without having to worry. I am a loyal Legacy Nails customer.

Gwen does a great job! I have had a lot of people work on my nails but Gwen is the first one to figure out why my nails were breaking and come up with a resolution. She works quickly. The prices at the salon are very reasonable. In fact, they cost less than at other salons. I would highly recommend Gwen at Legacy Nails!

I have been here twice once to get my nails done, once to get my money back the owner will not give a refund on horribly done nails. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy,if the owner won't refund my money, shouldn't the two girls who did my nails? The only reason there is one star here is because it will not let me move on without it!

Wish I could take away the one star given. They are unprofessional. They don't know the difference between shellac or regular polish. They made me pay before my service was completed. Not friendly and boss wasn't there to complain about the service to. Good luck to anyone who goes. Save your money for a better place.

I was a paying customer on July 12th 2018. I came in asking for a full set of nails, but first let me say I called before I came in and asked how much a full set was due to the fact that I never really get my nails done. She told me $35 for a full set with the gel nail polish. Legacy Nails has recently been remodeled and is very clean, spacious and offers so many choices for nail colors and types. I have had manicures and pedicures done, shellac only and acrylic. I have never been disappointed with a service and the prices are fair. Every staff member is great at nails so I can go in to my appointments without having to worry. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy,if the owner won't refund my money, shouldn't the two girls who did my nails?
