I went here as a walk in for a pedicure and it was decent, hence the two stars. I saw they do the gel dipping power so I went back another time and decided to give them a try. I am really disappointed with how they turned out. The powder was thick in some spots and the normal procedure for dipping powder wasn't followed. The top coat was the clear gel polish under the light. It started peeling off 2 days later. Customer service is horrible. Feet soaked longer than my pedicure took because they were behind. Even asked at the beginning if I could come back because I could see they were slammed. I've gone to this place for a few years on and off, and mostly off because the quality of the work is so inconsistent. There are a few gals there who do absolutely great work on my gel manicure and pedicure, but if you get someone else there's no telling what you'll leave with. I've seen a few reviews on here indicating if a a guy, or presumed owner does your nails it will be awful, and that was exactly my experience: filed my nails and cuticles raw (they're red & look cut), paint on my cuticles, jagged cut toe nails, uneven gel manicure. Not to mention he seemed incredibly impatient and upset he even had to work on me. I should have refused to pay, or I should have left mid-appointment and went somewhere else. The cleanliness of this place has gone incredibly downhill, too. It would be wise for the owners to close one day or stay past closing to do a deep clean. There's nothing relaxing about sitting in a place that is dirty. I'm bummed I'll have to find a new place, this was my go-to place for the past few years, but I work hard for my money and I'm not going to piss it away on a place/owner who can't calm down enough to give his clients consistent and reliable service. Bad experience. I went here with my mother and she got a gel mani, and I got just gel painted on my nails and a pedi. They were able to get us in right away but rushed through the pedicure (even though the job was satisfactory) and especially through painting my nails. I wash my hands a lot for work and specifically asked for someone who was meticulous at painting (in Vietnamese I might add, so there was no misunderstanding) prior to signing in. The guy, who is also the owner, was wanting this other girl to do my nails but she was still with a client so I suppose he decided to paint my nails since he was free. It was obvious that he did not give two rats asses about quality and works for quantity. There was gel polish left all around my nails and on my cuticles. I could tell from the moment he painted my base coat that the job was going to done poorly. It was my mistake for not asking for someone else right then. When I asked him to file away the excess polish left on my cuticles, his response left me astounded. He said I could come back and he would fix it for me! My gosh, I'm here now, please do it now. He obviously wanted to start on the other waiting customers and prevent them from leaving. When he did file down the excess, that was again done poorly. He obviously did not care about the tip so much as revenue. I had to go home and salvage what I could.  I used to own a nail salon and have had issues with employees' shifty work but this is hardly excusable from a manager/owner. For the sake of this business I hope the owner knows quality of work is what gets customers coming back. My wife wasn't impressed by their quality. She did basic manicure and pedicure which cost her $42. It wasn't worth it. Her nails were colored uneven. Two, her skin around nails were not done well either. They tried to sale more expensive service with nails. For $42 she colors her own nails better. Definitely, she will not come back to this place. Amy did a WONDERFUL job on my shellac manicure and pedicure. I am extremely picky with my nails and how I like them done, Amy cut them as short as I wanted (which for anyone who likes short nails) know most salons will not cut them even close to short. I feel really bad that I can't remember the gals name who did my nails here because she was great! I called late afternoon on Valentine's Day expecting to be told they were closing early or were too busy (like all the other salons had already done) and was very pleasantly surprised when they told me to come on in. She got me in right away for a new set and my brows. She was personable, listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't to to push my on shapes, colors or services I didn't want. Just finished getting the spa pedicure at Image Nails. The service was fantastic! The lady brought water, did a great job with the massage (it was around 45 minutes long) and she let me relax which was fantastic. The color looks amazing too! The only reason I am leaving three stars is because I specifically chose to come try this Nail Salon because of their ad on YELP advertising 15% off and an extra 5% off if you combo with a manicure. They did not honor this which is disappointing and made me decide not to do the manicure but the quality of the pedicure is fantastic!!! Read Less

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFEDO NOT GO TO CHARLIE!LOOK AT THIS MESS!!And he was mad at ME!He was shaking and sweating and nervous the whole time....he was making me nervous.He broke a bowl right when I got there then he cut my cuticles so rough and fast I thought he was going to cut my fingers off, the most aggressive nail tech I've ever encountered in my life.He kept making promises that he has been doing nails for so many years that he's one of the best techs out there and that I'd see what a great job he does...bull crap Charlie you don't know how to do nails...omg he sent me out of there looking like this...and hell no I did not pay him a penny for this crap! AWFUL SERVICE. Where do I even begin? I had a regular manicure and pedicure, simple right? No. First, this place smells bad... Moldy almost. I should have walked out at that. First the girl who doing my nails is where a shirt allowing her stomach to hang out as well as her pants undone, classy. Proceeds to cut my cuticle (bleeding) and not apologize.. She actually doesn't even acknowledge it.. Thinking I don't notice. Then she puts acetone on it... Yay. So I tell her OUCH, And then she half apologizes. She also kept dropping the cotton she was using on me on the floor and then picking it up and continuing to use it... Gross. Then she paints my nails... Or something like that. They look awful, my nails are crooked and the polish is globed on and my fingers are filthy. SO disappointed. I complained but didn't want then to redue then since in already fed up. Whatoe s the manager do? No apologize and give me 10 percent off. I'm pissed I paid at all. I can give myself a better manicure. Love, love, love this salon! I've been going to Amy now for almost 6 months and not once have I been disappointed. Everyone in the salon are super friendly and they really work hard to build a relationship with you. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because they will quite frequently speak in Vietnamese and you never know if they're talking about you, your crappy cuticles, or the weather! Decent prices and ample space. My gel nails were $28 + tip. Tamy was good, but was visibly upset I changed my mind from gel nails to regular polish. I ended up switching back to gel, but that was a bit awkward to sit through. The staff did start getting into heated conversations in Vietnamese, which was extremely awkward to sit through, but she then explained one of the ladies was having marital problems. Found this salon on yelp. It was great! I showed Amy a picture & she almost matched what I was wanting. I was very impressed. They don't have a big selection of nail jewels except the colors. Also the place was kind of crammed but the service was great. There was a few ladies who came in around 6:30 (the salon closed at 7) & when I left at 7 they were still working on the ladies nails.
