The nail place I went to before changed staff so I thought I would try another local place. I came in for a simple gel nail polish soak off. They put the foils on for under 5 minutes, which isn't long enough to soak off polish, that process takes 10-15 minutes, I wasn't in the shop for 15 minutes total. They used their electric "dremel" grinder to get the rest of the polish off and made my nails extremely thin. I broke 3 nails in less than a half hour after I left. That was 3 weeks ago and my nails still have not recovered from them filing my nail beds down super thin. They really messed up my nails and it will probably take another month for them to grow out past the thinning they did. I didn't ask them to file my nails at all, I asked for a soak off of gel nail polish. Not going back because they damaged my nails for months. Read Less

This is the place to go if you like to be spoken about in a different language while the rest of the staff laughs and jokes back (again, not in English). Also a great place if you want to wait for extensive amounts of time after being told it'd be a 10 minute wait. Another fine point is the heavy handed filing; my nails ache for days after. I absolutely love this place! I went today for my first time ever and omg! Best experience ever! And best of all a man did my nails and they are beyond beautiful! We were a large group of 6 with two kids there for a day of pampering. The adult services were amazing, however the kids service was not. They did a pedicure which was ok and then they did the mani's on them and all they did was file and painted her nails. This is not a manicure. There fingers were not soaked, no massage.. we were charged way to much for the manicure. I called to see if they would correct this and they argued with me and did nothing... I will not be back just because of the customer service alone! Read Less

I'm seriously impressed with the job that was done on my new set of nails.  Kimmy made sure that my nails were perfect.  If she wasn't sure, she asked and everyone who has seen my nails thus far has LOVED them, including me.   I'm 100% satisfied with them and the care that was put into them.  My Mother also got shellac done on her nails and they looked beautiful.  I am sure that we will be back.  I might even bring my 5 year old in for a pedicure as they have two children's pedicure chairs that look like pandas.  Loving this place. I found Bella Nails on my maps locator for local nail salons. I went to my usual spot and they were over booked with an hour wait time even with an appointment. To be honest I've been getting tired of their rush job on my gel rebase so they can hurry up for the next customer on their rush job. So I found Bella's literally across the intersection. I came in as a walk in and welcomed by smiles. They had a chair for me and I picked out my colors with quality gel polish. The nail tech was very gentle, paid attention to detail shaping and cutting down my nails. I always end up having my cuticles sliced or nipped when they use the drill at the other place...here perfection! Very refreshing having my nails done without the stingy goup put on to stop the bleeding. Price is pretty spot on for the quality, products and service you receive. I will definitely be coming back. Got my nails and feet done, have been doing my feet here for a while, have always been satisfied... got my nails done for a vacation treat did the shellac manicure and pedi (not sure how to spell that) nails didn't even last a week!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Taken many pictures, if it will allow me I will show prof.. 😔 With a bill of $75 and a $10 tip- that was not what I expected!! Read Less
