I am a huge fan of this nail salon for many reasons: their pricing is extremely fair while still providing quality service, they are super-easy to contact and make an appointment with, and everyone here has a fantastic personality. My appointment was made for 11:30 AM on a Thursday, and there were still a couple of other people getting their nails done at this time. I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment was supposed to start because all of the nail technicians were busy, but that was lucky because I got a chance to take an extra look at the nail swatches. I could hear someone in the background on the phone taking calls for appointments, and he was very personable, even when people were clearly asking for appointments that were unavailable. He always offered up other options in a very positive manner! I wasn't even the one on the phone with him, and I could tell that was a good customer service experience for the other person. The nail technician obviously took very good care of my nails, and knew exactly what he was doing. There was never a point in time where I was nervous that he would accidentally cut my nail too short, or That he would mess up my nail polish. And, trust me, that is a big deal for me, because I am constantly worried when receiving a beauty service that my luck will be that something goes wrong. I don't know why! We had a great experience! The ladies were very attentive and professional. My fiance's nails were done beautifully and the staff was well accommodating to customize her preferences. The interior was also clean and there was plenty of space where you didn't feel like you were squeezed in. Overall, we enjoyed the services and will definitely refer our friends and families! Today we couldn't get into the nail salon we usually go to and stumbled upon this little gem. They are full service. I had the Coconut Cream pedicure and my feet and legs feel great. Such a great experience! I love this place this is my new nails. They are very accommodating so sweet & patience does great nails. They also give you a card and you get a signature every time you come that add up to future discounts. Great place, good quality. Nice and relaxing. I recommend asking for massage to be a little longer. I read past reviews and so I asked for them to Give a little more time and they happily did so. Just ask for what you want and they will do it. Very accommodating. I get the gel nails and it always last longer than any other place. I will continue to go back. I certainly recommend this place. First time ever there, nails were very messed up but when I called, they were very nice and understanding and spend over an hour fixing them. Very impressed with their willingness to correct the nails that were messed up. They look 100% better. Other solons were very rude when it came to fixing. Not this place. Went to get a manicure and they literally just changed my polish and still charged me for a manicure cause she insisted she gave me one when all she did was literally paint my nails. Couple months later went back for a pedi and a little boy did it and had no idea what he was doing whatsoever. I felt bad and didn't want to be rude to the little boy but I dont get them often so when I do its to treat myself to make me feel better and relaxed not only that I shouldn't be paying ...for something I dont like and isn't done right. im done wasting my money there thats all they care about instead of making there customers happy every time I go there i leave unhappy, they'll argue with you and when they know your uncomfortable they do nothing about it the only reason I didn't walk right up out if there is because I brought my family there with me so we could all do it together, which wasn't so much all together. I called and made an appointment for all of us to be done at the same time and sit together they said yes no problem and it didn't work out that way they just want our business even though I told them specifically what we wanted if they couldn't do it i would go elsewhere, and I so wish I did. I literally just left after getting a $37 manicure and I have uneven polish, uneven nails, left over polish from my previous manicure, and bare spots on my nails. I have been before and loved this place but this was horrible. A gel manicure should take more than 20 min. it was completely rushed and sloppily done. Super disappointed. Totally awesome, i called like 30 mins in advance to see if they had time and if they did sns they do it and better than other places. Best pedicure ever i got the basic and it was phenominal. I had a horrible experience here. I was getting married in a few days and went in for gel nails and a pedicure. I asked for a specific color and was told the color I wanted didn't come in a gel after it was already on my toes, so why did she put that color on my toes and then tell me they didn't make it in a gel?? I wanted the colors to match. I then asked for a specific design, a French manicure with a very thin white line, she told me no, it won't look good...she did what SHE wanted and when I told her I was not happy she couldn't care less...the receptionist took my money as fast as she could. This is an absolute horrible place. The lady I had was absolutely rude and cut up my whole hands. She left a chunk of skin hanging from my finger without even apologizing. She then was criticizing me and making fun of my hands being a little damp for me being hot. I have never been to such a rude nail salon. My mom and I went in to get a pedicure, this is a special treat for us that we don't always get to do. I have had a good experience with the 2 ladies I had but my mom was cut while doing her cuticles on her toe so badly she was in tears. It seemed the lady was rushing and than did a horrible job after that her polish was horrible her feet were so dry and the lady knew my mom was hurt and in tears and couldn't get our payment fast enough. My mom isn't one to make a scene so she called when we got home and was just told think you for telling them. I would give zero stars if I could. The nail salon is beautiful and the atmosphere is almost as being in a spa. But the customer service and the quality is horrific. I went in for a full set of acrylics and I left making an appointment elsewhere to have my nails fixed. The nails turned out crooked and they are all different lengths. The nail tech got my finger on one of the drills because she was distracted, talking and laughing with a coworker. I am not one to leave without tipping, even when I'm not completely satisfied with the work, but this wasn't worth a cent more than their overpriced work. And on the topic of pay, while I was under the lights to dry my nails, the nail tech bombarded my mother for a payment when she had no services done. I got up from the chair and we went on our way. Why are there so many 5 stars? i got my nails done here Thursday and 4 days later... i come to a new nail salon to get my toes done. and they looked at my nails and they were astonished as to how badly done my acrylics were. my cuticles were not taken care of, the nails were uneven and my thumb nails were about a quarter of an inch different in size. worst full set i've ever gotten. Not to mention, i waited in like 30 minutes. and when i called them to ask for a refund, the l...ady word for word said "if you didn't like the way they were done you should've asked for a manager right away and not paid" and i went on and talked to her about the quality of the nails. and she asked who i worked with and she said "i know exactly who you are and who did your nails. do not call here again." I go here twice a month for a mani pedi for about a year now. Today I had one of my more graceful moments ( insert sarcasm) when I proceeded to dump my entire, full, medium iced coffee all over the floor not even 2 minutes after walking in the door. I was mortified. Not only were they completely understanding, Lee who does my nails, had without my knowledge, sent someone out to get me a new coffee! Are you kidding me!!!
