I discovered this place last week and decided give them a try--quite by accident! I got a great gel manicure, which took about an hour. The staff here were so precise and attentive. My Wife is Very Unhappy. First impression, Last visit! She went for a full-set and a pedicure, she came home with an overcharged pedicure and no nails done. Apparently, the techs did not know how to do a simple pink and white set, and told my wife to wait another hour before she could even get them done after having already been there for an hour and a half. Upon paying for her pedicure, my wife tells me she chose the $40.00 pedicure and was charged $45.00 for it. First the lady told her it was for her tip, then my wife said since you already added your tip in I will not tip again on top of that. The lady then changed her story to that my wife chose a $45.00 pedicure. I see other reviews of other customers reporting price gouging so I really am not surprised. My wife will not return, and neither will my mother or 3 sisters. Update: Go ahead and call the cops, YOU are a LIAR! My wife was in there YESTERDAY on 6/10/2018, and I have the receipt. I have never called and spoken to you EVER! And what do you mean KEEP Posting things? This is my ONLY POST. Maybe I should post it everywhere. Keep lying cause you're mad you don't know how to do a simple pink and white full set. Second Update: I will not continue to go back and forth with you. My wife has a regular salon that she goes to and it is NOT your location. The one she goes to was unexpectedly closed yesterday so in a pinch and against her better judgement she went to your salon. You do not know her, which is why before you changed your response you asked "Who Is Your Wife." She will not be returning. Your tech also drilled down one of her natural nails down to the nerve-ending. So no, she will not be returning. She was told $40.00 for the pedicure. It doesn't matter anymore. She isn't coming back. You lost a customer before you even had one, especially since you lied and threatened to call the cops on me for telling the truth online about your salon. Accidentally stumbled into this place last week and I had a great time. The staff here is professional. And they have a lot of colors for me to choose from. MY NEW GO TO NAIL SALON! I came in for a for a full set acrylic gel polish for $40. The entire salon was so clean and beautifully decorated. My sister came in for gel @$30. Kim was my nail tech for the day and she did such a beautiful and gentle job with applying acrylic onto my nails. She shaped it exactly how I wanted it and applied the gel polish so smooth! No lumps or bumps. I didn't want to risk on asking a too detailed nail designs o I kept it simple. But wow after checking out their samples in shop and pictures on yelp, I'm definitely coming back to keep getting them done!!! The environment was so nice! Every staff member was so nice and genuinely cared for their clients. Tony asked me if I wanted to try some complimentary drinks as they were working and even offered some cookies! A bit disappointed with my service today. I came in for a rebase and repair on my thumb. She tried to finish my thumb without even putting a tip on it so it matches the other thumb. She also almost had me leave without lotion or cuticle oil. My hands were extremely dry so I asked for lotion before I left. I have never gone to a nail salon were my hands felt worse leaving. I come here once a month for the powder dip over my natural nails and I absolutely love them my nails last an entire month without breaking a chipping they are also very affordable and they give you a punchcard every time you visit !! I visiting from out of town, I searched google for manicure. I saw OPL Nails & Spa was great, good reviews. It's all newly remodeled. Nice flat screen tv and sound system with music. They have a variety of colors,you can't find those colors anywhere else They are extremely professional perfectionist and very gracious!!! I was very happy with the color selections, prices and friendly staff. I will only come here from now on. Thank you for such an amazing manicure and pedicure and for your extra care!! I will be back. Started with a woman then a young man took over. Felt like he rushed through. Have a sparkle tone polish and half my nails look different because he rushed so much and the glitter isn’t even. Tried this place because it was close to my house. Was not worth the money. Read Less

Initially I used OPL due to the proximity to my house and am glad that I did. I had a wonderful experiences at OPL. They are very efficient, doing my shellac in 20 minutes and I have had no peeling with grow out. The price is very affordable. I'm very impressed with OPL and will definitely be going back! After a very bad experience at a different salon, I looked to Yelp to help me find a nail salon near me that could fix my nails.  After reading the last two positive reviews on OPL, I decided to give this place a try.  I AM SO HAPPY I DID.  I was seen right away by Ken and he did a wonderful job on both my shellac manicure and my pedicure.   The prices are very reasonable as well!Do yourself a favor and give OPL a try! Upon arriving i realized that they had new management and all new nail techs, I still decided to stay. The lady that did my nails was a manager as she claimed and messed up the first time. She did not apply the shellac gel base layer evenly and had to redo my nails after the paint was on, the whole time she was blaming me because my nails were "crappy." After she finished the second time I noticed she filed all the length off of my nails down to my quicks, obviously there was... nothing to be done about this so I paid and left. There was also polish all over the skin surrounding my nails. I got in my car and put my seatbelt on which messed up my thumb, so I went back in seeing what would be done. Caleb asked me if I wanted a refunded and I said yes so he got the same lady and she started yelling at me telling me that she was not giving me a refund. She then turned to the whole salon and started yelling at them that I was lying and that my nails were perfect and that I messed them up myself. She then started grabbing my hands and trying to physically pull me to other customers. (Assault???) after I told her to stop touching me she kept doing it. She told me she refused to give me a refund and she would redo them so I agreed as long they were completely dry, painted, and she could paint my nail and not my skin. After the polish was removed i decided to not go through the process again and talked to the manager above her who doesn't speak English??? She then started yelling at me again and telling me I was stupid. She repeatedly told me I was stupid. I checked their Google reviews and turns out, they stole someone else's phone their first week in the salon. After I brought it up to her she got really defensive and kept yelling and kept telling me I was stupid and could leave. Worst customer service ever.
