Worst customer service I’ve seen. Their full sets look terrible and their employees are rude and disrespectful. They replied to a customer’s post on Facebook about the service she receieved and they tried to publicly humiliate her. Terrible business practice. Never will I ever go back to this nail salon.

I like this place because it is close, and the girls are quick and do great work. My only negative about this place is the female owner, she make me feel very unwelcome and is not friendly. I have a feeling that this is not was she intends to do, but her actions are not friendly.

Jenny was my nail technician. Super nice, friendly and professional. She made sure I was happy from start to finish. My gel manicure turned out great! Hoping it stays!

Horrible horrible horrible. Amy is EXTREMELY RUDE. And she is TERRIBLE at nails. Don't waste your money here. No wonder why this place was completely empty. I'd much rather go up the street to America...
Horrible horrible horrible. Amy is EXTREMELY RUDE. And she is TERRIBLE at nails. Don't waste your money here. No wonder why this place was completely empty. I'd much rather go up the street to American nails, and get amazing service and nails that actually look half way decent. I can't even believe the service I was given today, smh.

Use your gift card before it's expiration date!! I got a gift card for my birthday but found out I was pregnant a few weeks after and didn't want to go in while I was early in my pregnancy. As I entered 38 weeks, I needed to relax and remembered I had a gift card here but it expired two months earlier. My sister and I went in and asked before the pedicure if I could use it. At first the manager said no. After questioning that he's going to steal $50, he agreed to give me 50% of the value. I don't understand this and am still not happy. I know my sister and I were talked about through our whole pedi by the girls doing it because they kept looking at us and laughing. Needless to say, we won't be going back and don't recommend this place whatsoever.

I have been to several salons in the North are trying to find that perfect fit, and I have found it. The staff is very accommodating, All new Pedicure chairs and Very Very clean!!

I came here for a pedicure a few months ago and loved it. Awesome massage, my feet felt amazing and the polish lasted for weeks! Just recently, I came in for another pedicure (once again, amazing) and an acrylic set. Kevin did the acrylics and they look incredible. He is so friendly and customer oriented. I highly recommend this place!

I did not enjoy my experience at all!! They only have one tech that does acrylic nails and she was busy, but there were other techs standing around doing absolutely nothing! Finally when it was my turn she was extremely rough with the handpiece and was burning my nails! I will never go back to this salon.

Worst customer service I’ve seen. Their full sets look terrible and their employees are rude and disrespectful. They replied to a customer’s post on Facebook about the service she receieved and they tried to publicly humiliate her. Terrible business practice. Never will I ever go back to this nail salon.
