I've visited twice and both times not good. Bumps on my nails and when I asked them to re-do one nail again they said it was ok. Look for another place before coming here. Forgot to mention, after I was out of the pedi station another person was placed there and used the same tools used on me. Makes me think they didn't cleaned them before me. Read Less

I've been going here for years. Honestly just because it's so close to home. The new management is terrible compared to the last ones. Dawn and her employees are always rude no matter how many times you come in or how good you tip. I've noticed employees are always quitting. They are always making you feel like they are judging you. My nails are literary always breaking days after I have them done. Not to mention how unsanitary they work! Reusing equipment on everyone for pedis! I've noticed every time I'm getting my nails done someone ALWAYS leaves unhappy with the results. They never listen to your request. I have to say I used to always recommend people over but not anymore. And the people who would go with me and I recommended are not ever returning. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My mom and I went in for her birthday I asked for a full set of acrylic coffin nail set and my mom got the shellac gel ombre the ladies there not only have a rude attitude but did a terrible job on our nails they were already lifting as soon as soon as I left and they completely messed up on the shellac on break my mom's Nails looked as if they were bruised. Unless you want to sit for an hour uncomfortable and feeling judged I recommend you go anywhere but here. I've been there 5 times, 2 with my sister and bit ago we went we got there at 10:30 the lady said 15 minutes of wait, we patiently waited and half a hour passed and no service was given to us, event though there was a lady sitting down doing nothing just sitting instead of get her clients started 2 people were doing nothing a lady walked in and her daughter, her daughter said to a lady I was a rebase and the lady ignored her so her mom said the same thing , she wants a rebase and the lady replied very rude back, another thing is that I went about 2 months ago to get my nails done and the lady made me bleed because she was racing to get her work done horrible experience I don't recommend this place at all they have very good cleaning but very bad service Read Less

I had a lot of noticeable air bubble in my acrylic nails besides that they did a good job. The salon was very clean and organized. They have a lot of design's to choose from. I recommend this nail salon. Read Less

I have been here a few times now and have been very pleased everytime. My gel nails lasted almost three weeks with out chipping! And the ladies there are always personable and welcoming. My Valentines Day nails look perfect:) Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE - SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I had a Mani/Pedi done here and it was the worst job ever. These people just rush you in and out with no attention to detail. I basically had to redo my manicure shellac because the paint job was so shitty. They left the old black nail polish on in places and tried to paint over with pink...? Geez people take your time and take that shit off my nails before you paint the new color - COME ON - that's just lazy.....Paint is all over my skin around my nails - bubbles of paint on the sides of the nails and some of the nail sides didn't even get painted. AND THIS WAS JUST THE START.....After my Pedicure my legs begin to blister and puss. I went back to show them what happened to my skin and they said it was the sea salt that did that to me BUT when I researched online it tells me that the sores I got on my legs - which are now SCARS - were caused by bacteria. So not only do they do a shitty job on painting the nails but the place is so filthy that it left me SCARS on my legs. DISGUSTING! (SEE PIC POSTED)They also have extension cords running all over which is obviously a fire hazard....when they thought some firemen were going to inspect  the premise the comfy nails workers went scrambling around to collect the cords, as to not be fined by the inspection from the firemen......the firemen were not even going into this salon - they went next door but it didn't stop comfy nails employees from hiding all the cords in a hurry. Either run a reputable business or get out of here......They should be put out of business. Read Less

Stopped coming here years ago because they had raised their prices but recently decided to give it another try and I actually like them, and the price was reasonable. They are under new management. The lady was very nice and did exactly what I wanted, $30 for a rebate + Gel. So I'm pretty satisfied with the come out. This will probably will my new go to nail salon. Read Less

This is actually less than 1 star! Buyer beware! Went in and SHOWED them,I wanted exactly the same as I had, asked the price and how long it would take. They said 45 minutes, so I went out and told my friends in the car I would be 45-60 minutes( I know it always is a 'little' longer. There were 2 workers and 1 lady was already getting served. Great, I have a person for me! NOT! A lady comes in on her lunch- they start ( and finish) her! They kept coming by and saying they'll be right there. They had put foil and remover on each nail, and checked it about 45 minutes later then told me it wasn't ready to come off yet!  When the 'lunch time' lady left.... amazingly it was ready to get my polish off. They finally finished, but hadn't added the sequins. They said it was an extra$5.00. I said NO! I asked for a price to be exactly like I had them. She finally agreed and did it. 2 hours later my friends came to check on me. I was just getting out of the chair to get up to pay. Needless to say they got what they quoted me and no tip!  And hopefully a warning to everyone else!!!! Read Less

Ladies argued with me about what I want. Then as I was being helped they chased a woman into the parking lot waiting who left waiting in line (who was quoted 10 minutes and 20 minutes went by). My cuticles got cut and I've been bleeding, the acrylic nails aren't even nor straight. They tell you one price, then it keeps somehow going up. Do not go here for any reason.  If I could give them no stars I would. I went in for a mani pedi and lip wax. I got in and the lady just started waxing my brows which I hadn't asked for.  Then the guy doing my pedi pulled out a cheese grater which I noticed later left cuts all along my heels.  But the worst of all was my mani.  He cut my fingers so deeply I bled everywhere. I have huge gashes in my fingers, not the cuticle the skin on the top of the fingers outside of the cuticle. I'll add a pic if I can. I have been in burning pain since that mani and I will never ever go back. I am livid and a little worried about infection. Don't go here please, find somewhere else. Read Less

I went here for a lip wax, Mani and pedi service. I got in the wax chair and she just jumped right into an eyebrow wax, which I hadn't asked for at all. Then my pedi, the guy used a cheese grater on my feet which I noticed later left cuts all along my heels. But the worst of all was my mani, the guy cut into my fingers so badly with cuticle nippers that I bled everywhere. I will try to upload a picture of my damaged hands. The guy was friendly and speedy :) I was very picky on what i wanted and he accommodated well to my request :). One nail was really roughly filed and it is kind of annoying, but 9/10 isn't bad :D. I am going here once a month since my manicure only costed me $35.00 (40 if you count the tip). Read Less
